This clip is heavily edited to remove context. It still clearly sounds like just a joke to me. Relax.

This is misinformation rage bait. That song is about one man in particular, I think maybe her ex who is an actor, calling him useless and a manchild. I like reading this sub but no one except that one guy should find this offensive. I know I'm not a manchild personally so what do I care.

Real men don't care what others think about their music taste. And imo womens' singing voices more often than not sound better than mens'.

It's not a double standard, hear me out. On OF a young woman can make money off of lame dudes from the comfort and safety of her own home, she has pretty much all of the power. In the Leo case, his girlfriend could still have the power but let's be honest, there's a bit of a power dynamic being the 20+ year younger girlfriend of a top movie star. It's about the power dynamic that makes this not quite a double standard.

that weird trend people made on TikTok were they post a photo of a random guy and claim he assaulted them I can only hope that you are incorrect, or that it's a very limited "trend", because wow I don't want to live in a world where this is happening.

Nah I'm just one of the long time fans who doesn't shit on his now-wife. There's a lot of Burr fans who don't seem to understand that Bill's points about women are jokes. Bill is not a men's rights activist but makes jokes shitting on women. He's not a conservative but definitely jokes about liberals. It's called nuance you hateful idiot. If anything Bill was a spiraling alcoholic before he met Nia and he got his shit together thereafter. I am one of many people who actually like Nia on the podc…

If you're talking like angry-funny, only Carlin and Burr do it to this level. I do find that Mark Normand is good at being critical, albeit not angry. He's less a "WTF!?" kind of comedian and more tame, but similarly critical of everyday life.

Less "simped out" and more that he is 10-15 years older than this clip, has 2 young children, and millions more dollars. I would imagine this, especially not hurting for money, chills one out.

Since this clip, Bill Burr moved to Los Angeles (surrounded by liberal people), has aged over a decade (he's becoming an old man), has had 2 kids (one is a literal baby), and is comfortably wealthy (he has a multi-million dollar house and flies helicopters for fun). Bill's wife Nia didn't "make" him soft. The character you're seeing in this clip is an over-the-top caricature to draw in crowds. The real man behind that character has grown 10-15 years older and millions wealthier. He has two young…

Easily the worst thing about this "article" is the author's /r/FellowKids use of acronyms. It's pretty /r/cringe : Also, TBQH, don’t you think women have already had to put up with enough shit as an entire gender without Adele having to fork over two thirds of her hard-earned fortune as a way to appease men saying “you asked for equality, here it is”?

Name one rapper or comedian on the level of Cardio B who has such allegations against them

Idk man seems pretty obvious this isn't a mens' rights issue. People don't like getting touched by strangers, much less almost assaulted. I think his reaction was pretty reasonable. This reminds me of the Always Sunny episode where Frank saves Mac's life from a falling piano by shouting "look out, faggot!". Like yelling faggot at someone, doing what this guy did to the girl would normally be offensive. But he saved a life, so it's somewhat moot.

I can't find it on complex. Possibly it's a native ad on complex.com? Forgive me if you do but do you know what a native ad is?

Guys use your information literacy here. Newsweek is a reputable publication. I have never even heard of that site on the right. Probably bullshit or clickbait

While I 100% agree that everyone should be innocent until proven guilty, and there is some merit to the argument being made here, the source (Daily Record) is a Scottish tabloid. Not exactly hard-hitting unbiased news. I feel that detracts vastly from the point here.

Dude cmon let's be realistic. Are you joking? Sometimes you do need a dude to step in. Note that I say sometimes. Yes women can stand up for themselves. But men are just often better at confrontation and especially if it escalates to violence, men are generally stronger than women. As a guy I've definitely encountered situations where people will take me more seriously when telling them to "fuck off" than others.
/r/MensRights11/01/18 08:46 PM

When you put it that way...

Because having sex with someone who loves you feels amazing, especially after months or years of practice and getting to know each other's desires.

Do you really think high School is equal footing? I know so many people from underfunded schools and wealthier schools, and I can tell who I had much better opportunities than, and vice-versa. Frankly I don't think a lot of people would agree that high school puts everyone on equal footing...

In response to your second question, I think one of the tenants of socialism (and I'm a democratic socialist mind you) is to help those who are less fortunate. Just as I feel that the poor deserve help with their medical costs, I feel that people who were born unlucky should be given some help to try to fix that. Not that I think we should carry them as a society forever. But giving people equal footing is justice IMO. Where they go from there is their own doing.

That is kinda shitty... but at the same time women are like half of my motivation at the gym. I pray for the day my girl and I can work out together

Lol let's be honest, men vandalize just as much. Have you been in a university bathroom? College kids will be college kids and vandalism isn't the bigger issue here. Edit: whoosh

I didn't believe you but then saw this: "a quarter of straight porn searches by women are for videos featuring violence against their own sex. Five percent of searches by women are for content portraying nonconsensual sex. While men still search for significantly more porn than women, search rates for these more extreme types of sexual content are at least twice as common among women than men. I am not really a MRA but this is interesting. Everyone is into their own things, but I have had severa…

I am so sorry that happened to you! I mean that sincerely. However, I'm just 20 and its a temporary internship. The ladies all attend universities, half the same U as I do.
