3	Universities need to stop suspending students who are being accused of sexual misconduct until they are proven guilty. They also should have the right to stay anonymous until their convictions. At least this student won the first battle and he is now planning to seek damage over false allegations. While I 100% agree that everyone should be innocent until proven guilty, and there is some merit to the argument being made here, the source (Daily Record) is a Scottish tabloid. In response to your second question, I think one of the tenants of socialism (and I'm a democratic socialist mind you) is to help those who are less fortunate. Just as I feel that the poor deserve help with their medical costs, I feel that people who were born unlucky should be given some help to try to fix that.
