2	Simple Questions - December 01, 2018 It took us over a year to conceive our son after our first miscarriage but conceived both our next two babies the first cycle. Fertility awareness method is absolutely the best for trying at the right time and if you struggle, being able to then pin down why. ETA: We have never used birth control.
