I'm not really part of TRP community so this might not be the recommended response but what I have done in a similar situation is talk up the offending male. So like, joke with him about how she's super cute and how that tactic of ass slapping totally works and in fact that's how you picked her up in the first place. Then once you get him kind of laughing/participating in a friendly way grab his drink and pour it out on his crotch, call him an asshole and walk out of the bar and drive away.

Sure, sure. But the atmosphere of the room itself shouldn't ever remind someone they're running late or should be somewhere else. People should still definitely check their watches or phones and get to where they gotta be at the time they gotta be there.
