2	Being a 'nice guy' entire life and I think it's causing depression! I HIGHLY recommend the book "Man Uncivilized" by Traver Boehm. He directly addresses this issue of being the chronic "nice guy." Hearing more about the your situation I think it would be a PERFECT read for you. As a recovering "nice guy" myself I can tell you it was life changing. 3	How do you handle this? I truly mean this comment with a ton of empathy for your situation... Between taxes, child support and alimony I keep about 15% of my income so trust me... I get it. I don't let my ex determine my attitude. Period. End of discussion. She doesn't get that power over me. She can have my money. I get my emotions. I can only control the things I can control.
