I know it's not the main issue but I would like to point out her conditions of probation She's has to maintain a job, She's not allowed to own a computer, She's not allowed around kids. How is she supposed to meet all three conditions. Every job I've gotten since 2005 has involved an online job application. Nice. You've already been downvoted into infinity so it doesn't help to respond, but the pass does come with greens fee to the property course. I'm into food and like to cook there are some great and very adult events at the Epcot food and wine festival. Three, I got the pass in large part to my GF who is a huge Disney fan.

That's a bit simplistic. If she had sex with him while he was passed out, she would be responsible. According to the news reports that's not the case here. The line between drunk hook-up and drunk rape isn't a clear line. When both parties are drunk it makes it even harder. There are no easy answers to this problem. Here is my understanding of the issue. After a booze and possibly coke fueled night there was sexual intercourse. Female says she was passed out, male says she wasn't. If I was the prosecutor the argument I would use is this. The nature of the defendant's job mandates that he knows when a person is too intoxicated to make decisions. society shouldn't put down men who want to be involved with the child rearing. I thought it was a good article with some silly comments added in for color. I can't remember where I heard this but it seems to apply here. "Why are academic disagreements so fierce, because the stakes are so small." I had only vaguely heard of TAM before today. I think I saw something posted in a hippie coffee shop in Seattle. While TF sounds rational and PZ looks like an ignorant jerk in his reply, I couldn't possibly care about either of them.
