How are you defining legal equality? How is that different than cultural restraints on both male and female sexuality?

you don't need gear... Female attractiveness instincts were developed prior to gear. The article cited leaness... gear is muscular but not lean. Gear guys may appear to be fat or unnaturally big to chicks. Impressive to other guys, but a turnoff to females. Be low fat with a V-taper body shape and decent guns is all you will need.

YOu need to change your screen name... (actionable advice- as it's an ego-tell). Everyone that comes in with an XXX-alpha, alphaXXX or some macho-BS is usually a troll or just horribly in denial of BP-ness. Get a screen name that reflects reality or something that is not centered on your secret BP fantasy of using RP to renew (i.e root through the garbage) your "marriage". She left you for a reason, which is obvious. Family is built around the man- the Patriarch and then branches out to the wife…

For a feminine primary society covertly ruled by feminzis, the TRP is a convenient bogyman. They may hate it, but they need it. Just like the Russian commies invented a new bogeyman, the Kulaks, to hate as a means to galvanize support for the state. Currently any old, white, male is the bogyman as well for the feminzis. They need an enemy to rally against to garner support to their cult. Most cults have central figure of goodness, but this one needs an enemy like in 1984.

It is a fascinating book. This Nigerian guy is the only true Lackawandian. I actually read this book decades ago and thought it was all BS that is the power of this feminine primary social order we live in. Only as femiNzis consolidate power are we beginning to see it openly. It also amazingly explains what feminist are in a context of intrasexual female competition for dominance within the female social matrix. It also explains how men are simply used as a tool for females to gain position or r…

Read the book Anatomy of female power. That will explain it much better than I can. Essentially males have always been the visible leadership but manipulated behind the scenes by females. Female authority comes covertly with a male figure head presence

After a quick read through -one word-- logistics! Logistics is basic PUA shit that still applies even if you're married. Also lube for women is like Viagra for men. Unless she has a medical condition that makes her membranes dry then lube means she is not excited or excited yet. At least she has lube on standby to put out for you. If she is not excited, then it means a lack of kino, attraction, or timing/location (logistics). Logistics means to have a time (ample time) and a place for seduction.…

The divorce card is a plea for attention and a sign of her emotional state of hamstering....this does assume that she really doesn't want a divorce. Teach her to come to you with an issue and that you'll "listen" to her without the need of such dramatic theatrics. Set this as a boundary line for yourself. As others have suggested one way this can be made to work is to call her bluff and have papers ready. You can also preempt her attempt to use it by dropping the D-bomb statement yourself in an …

"It is not a woman's fault or anyone else's fault when a man becomes betaized. Again, I will emphasize that a woman will want her man to pass these tests subconsciously, and as the man passes more tests, he becomes stronger and of higher value as a man" Part of passing these is not just overtly spoken words or in the case of STFU (unspoken), but the unspoken sub communication of your internal attitude and body language.

Sex is more than just penetration and ejaculation. Take time to enjoy her naked body - run your hands all over her body, enjoy her soft skin, and the feminine curves of her body. Savor those parts of a woman's body that really turn you on. I'm an hour-glass guy myself. I can really just get immersed into a woman with a sexy hour glass figure. "The issue here is that my wife wants me back and she wants to fuck me too." She didn't want to be on your pedestal before and now she is begging to be put back on it. What you need to do is just to blow-up the damn pedestal, as it's getting in the way of your life. "I remember how she treated me in the past. I know how hard it can be to “tame” a woman. It’s a full-time job. Leading doesn't mean her social director or building superintendent.. it means setting an over-arching path/mission/tone for the nature of your relationship. I see this is where you are lost... this is not in the PUA manual. Reading MRP you see that leading means making her literally follow you, which can be part of it, but not really the whole picture. I think you have a better summary than the vets have that are just dumping on this guy. This "main event" sounds more like a spite or butt-hurt break up than a main event. This is more like a TRP... NEXT event, than an MRP main event. The main event is a chance for the SO to follow her man's life or to get out of his way scenario. I still think the MRP main-event is a little blue-pill'ish attempt to negotiate something based on a sunk cost fallacy. But to divorce frivolously is also a real chick…

Look for this in movies... Pretty in Pink comes to mind. The wimpy clinger guy that is awkward and trying to get the girl... get into her friend-zone, while the sloot chases the "alpha guys". She is rejected, and the beta bitch is there. IN some movies the beta bitch is seen in a new light by the sloot, but that's why it's a movie and just a fantasy.

That's a mom thing and a good woman will handle it. I was told by my wife when my girls started... it's no big deal. "stomach full-balls empty" (enthusiastically of course) is a common phrase for a reason. Cock worship is all great in the sack, but you spend most of your time sackless. Engage him at a visceral level means having girl game to trigger his desire to f*ck you and to want to protect you. This is done by being feminine, respectful, and sexual... something you need to learn about from other successful women - not from a bunch of guys.

Used to do the jogging scam too. My knees hurt and all of the runners said to ice it up and keep on running. It's like the old joke about going to the Dr. He asks if it hurts if you do this, so he says to just stop doing that. Squats don't put nearly as much strain on the knees and no post jogging knees soreness. Squat butt is a bonus.

The whole idea of common area only internet usage is a form of passive censorship. Just like I never see them watching it on Dish TV in the living room. I have only told my kids when they were really young -no porn sites and that has stayed with them. There is the male corollary to this as well. A guy getting stuff, also makes him stand out, but it doesn't really impact the male hierarchy. I got two cards on my desk, one from the wife and one from the kids. A lot of guys will come by and say they got nothing at all.

I can't say that I have, as I'm not lifting frequently enough or intense enough to have more than maintenance. I got sucked into the fighting mission and let my body shaping mission wane. Originally I just did MT for a cardio component of my body shaping mission. Lost my way a bit. Lifting for the sake of moving big numbers of iron plates was never my goal after my hernia. Body shaping is by strategic muscle building is now my focus- Vtaper and big arms.

I do Muay Thai and lift weights (stronglifts or Adonic Golden Ratio). My MT does suffer a bit when I have DOMs, but my power when punching increases. I don't lift with the same intensity now that I'm doing MT. I find it helps to lift after a MT session instead of before one. My lifting now is more maintenance then powerlifting.

I read this guys book back in the day. You are what you imagine yourself to be. Virtual synthetic experience imagined, like under a self hypnosis or highly relaxed state, is perceived as a real experience as far your mind is concerned. This can build better men, but how it relates to MRP I'm not sure. Action not words is the motto, but Virtual action versus real action? You keep your retirement and I'll keep mine. Luckily, EVERYTHING was in my name except for her work retirement. Her vehicle was in my name. The house was in my name. We'd fully funded her retirement so she had a larger balance than I did in mine, so that made the argument easier. You might ha…

This lady has no girl-game at all. I just wonder how many times she has had sex or almost sex without any type of vetting or established relationship. No wonder she said to him, “You guys are all the same.” and then cried on the way home. Yes sexist family laws exist that can strip men of property and paternity at a whim, but dad's of quality girls will insist upon marriage. Marriage is what fathers advocate to their daughters, as it's in their interest due to the power imbalance that currently is enforced by our feminazi state. I know that I'll see my grandchildren, because of these laws/conditions. With that being said, yes marriage can work and no it's not hard work, but you have to be a natural at it or learn to be one. As Ro…

In other cultures they don't hyphenate, but use both the husbands last name and wife's maiden name, which is typical in Hispanic cultures. A person has up to four names. First name, middle name, fathers last name and mothers last name. The rules for this are very odd and everytime I ask the name of a person, the set of 4 names seems to change.

I read that post awhile ago, but didn't fully understand it until now. Men optimize, but females continuously upwards optimize obsessively/neurotically to soothe their hind-brain. Maybe a good analogy is fashions, men are content with some simple colors and styles and shop around without much fuss, but women chase the latest trend and need huge selections to pick their clothes. I do know hypergamy was the downfall of my first marriage. I got fat and weak/beta-ized, so she left. This time around …

How is hypergamy any different than men who want to f_ck sluts or ugly women just for p_ssy, but then only want to marry non-sluts that are beautiful? Granted when I married, it was with a woman that had a body type that I enjoyed (i.e D-cups and nice ass) and knew how to use them, but she also had other skills that I considered important. I also valued in a wife domestic skills (cooking, keeping house, good with children, and making her own $).

I also tell my girls (same age) that being the first to do something is not always the best and being the last to do it is nothing to be ashamed of. As marriage ages are increasing, it's not realistic to expect them to be 25-29 year old virgins, and I want my girls to experience the joys of life too. I expect my daughter's to marry, but there will be no men around for them that will want the risk of marriage. Women are overly emotional, fear, is an emotion so women seek security from fear. Security traditionally was to be had from men, but women didn't trust men to provide it. So they seek it from the state in terms of laws and social conventions, which being misandrist further drive men away from marriage.

MrpBoob- as others have said, (and I'm stealing this because it's profound) you have to be better than her options. They also crave masculinity they way we like femininity, so you need to step up or keep up your masculine game. That is what being an RP for 18 months should have taught you by now.

The social matrix is real, but who makes the frame, hence the rules for that matrix, can be contested. Men do that differently then women, so I do agree taking some social cues about the female matrix from the "mom" is not a bad idea. Not illegal in USA or apparently in other countries to take a DNA test or view the results. However it may not be admissible evidence in your country. Even in USA only certain types of paternity testing can be used to establish paternity. Control over men is the reason why the Femi-Nazis oppose shared parenting concepts and laws in the USA. The BP and cuck lawyers are all to happy to white knight for these "helpless" women because they profit drawn out divorces. The BP mentality is that RP is a type of trad-con throwback, while other BP'ers like those in Rollo's post see it as a cop out. It is seen this way because it's a third way of living a life.

20 percent of men (quality) got spread out over 80 percent of women (quantity) that was our nature and the process of natural selection. So by thwarting this by having more evenly distributed breeding as in patriarchy are we not complicit in sabotaging evolution and downgrading our species? After all a successful patriarchy yields a matriarchy so this is either our species saviour or just our retarded fruit.

"Your reply was about bring a man in marriage which leads to sex if you want to go that route" This is correct. Being the man means to get what you want using RP instead of just passively accepting being forced incel and/or friendzoned in a sexless marriage. Not advocating marriage to you or anyone else, but this topic was about guys that are already married.

Hypergamy can't be defeated that is a RP maxim. But it can be manipulated as well by dread, mitigated in part by understanding it (i.e marrying down), or simply having boundaries and enforcing them to let her know her turn with you is up (divorce).

Yes I am married now, and RP can help any guy out in any circumstance improve himself. If marriage is not for you then that's your choice and I am not trying to convince you or anyone else otherwise. My comments were about sex within marriage. I was dismayed by the BP content of Options A,B, and C. All of those are just typical BP mentality. My reply and offered some real RP advice in my options D and E.

The only issue with daycare /babysitting is that those people (ie. de-facto step-parents) will then become a major role-model influencing the kids social conditioning. Do you want a village raising your kids - or do you want to be their imprinted role-model? If you go the day-care route/nanny route choose/vet the folks carefully like you would choose a wife.
/r/MarriedRedPill03/08/17 01:10 PM

That is interesting. My wife is knows about step-parent abuse and is a reason why she would fight to keep the kids away from me if we got divorced. She would not trust my judgement in women or that I would protect my kids from abusive step-mom. I tell her that I choose her, so what does that say? She also says she would not re-marry (i.e no step-dad) for the same reason. The "beta" scare works both ways.

Maybe my question was not phrased correctly or perhaps already answered by the results of the survey. My speculation; Females across the board tend to get primary custody, so the cross-section of mothering styles may be broad, but for fathers it may be limited to select types of men that are exceptional so as to be chosen by a court. Hey brother if you want to cry go ahead, as it's a healthy expression of grief. That tells me you did want to be a father. I lost my first baby, my only son, and it does hurt. I agree with you Mantra's are like a mission statement in a way. Mantra's should not replace the cutting in-depth critique that's provided by EC and mods, but mantra's cut to the chase like u-do-u's. Also not everyone has month's into this or has read the side-bar, so these are good prompts to keep everyone on mission.

Health/diet: re-doing the diet plan. Too much sugar and I derailed my weight loss plan. Going cold-turkey on it until, I'm in a weight-loss groove. Tanita readings: 202.2 lb, 23.8% BF, BMI 28.2. Lifting 3X a week and doing 4-6 hours a week of martial arts. Doing great in developing my round-house kick. Next working on the teep. In a few months will start doing BJJ

You have to be troll... how could a man be so stupid and weak. First of all did you want other women or just want her to desire you more? What is your own true desire and goals in your life? You obviously have not read much of RP, because this whole post is so gynocentric.

You know I got a cat from the animal shelter that was abused and reluctant to trust us. It took a few years of our demonstration that we were not her former abusers before she came around. She became a very loving cat and great company. If my cat can do this so can your wife.

You can weed a mulch bed by hand or with tool or herbicides. Aside from that why are you letting her dictate what needs to be done in a realm that you control? If she is the gardener and you are doing a task there for her then you need to let her know your schedule.

It's actually called the "Anything Goes Diet". It's a contrarian approach to life, like MRP, and contrarian to the prevailing Bro-science and the feminine imperative dieting approach of body positivity. Today: wt; 203.0 (lbs) BF % (tanita) 21.0% FFM =160.4 lbs, fat mass = 42.6 lbs. 5'11". BMI= 28.3, BMR = 1881 kcal (Calories)... Overweight.

There are lots of dieting theories, but they all must obey the laws of physics- namely; conservation of energy. Calories in < Calories out, then fat reserves are tapped to power the body. I do agree that eating a trigger (i.e highly impulsive) type of food does make it too tempting to overeat. Restricting food groups is just to boring of an approach for me to want to follow.

Health: overworked my left and right knees on a not so soft heavy bag (made for punching not kicking), so no squats for a week or more. Doing upper body work, curls, bench, overhead press on machines to avoid isometric stress on knees that I usually feel from a bar or DBs. Diet; Doing horrible... getting a calorie counting app (or a notebook) to track calories. Goal is to stay at or under 1500 cal. That is actually a good bit of food if I eat veggies and lean meat. Cutting out excess sweets will…

Go to India and get a surrogate womb to give you a child. No mom to worry about messing up your life, but you'll have to hire a nanny replacement for a mother

Guy she is your woman ... support her efforts and be proud of her. Bodybuilding is not a trivial hobby and to be competitive is an accomplishment. You sound so jealous, because she has a mission that you are lacking in your life. It's natural that a woman wants attention from her man. How you give her that attention is up to you. If you don't do facebook then don't do it just for her, but don't piss on her parade either.

Look up post by ex-addict? I believe he was divorced from a bipolar type Narcissist. Narcissist type bitches are the most likely in a divorce to put themselves first (no surprise there) before the best interest of the kids. That means they will engage in behavior to alienate you from your kids in a divorce. Look up on Facebook or other Father Rights groups about parental alienation (i.e forcible removal of fathers from the life of their kids) to see how to protect yourself and your children.

My first OYS after lurking redpill for awhile. Typical blue pill lifestyle and socialization. After finding the redpill I started taking ownership of my life and family over the last few months. My goals are to get more involved with my girls, more control over the budget, and to improve the DEVI in the bedroom. Issues I have are in letting go of resentment over how I was treated in the past when I was weak. My treatment was my own making, so I can't blame others, but I still do. When I lapse in…

She will get alimony, lots of his stuff, help in controlling him from the VAWA enforcers, IX benefits, but less control over the kids in the event of divorce. So she does have some risk in all of this. She has to weigh what she wants more his wealth or more control over the kids-- it's a hard decision to make at this stage in the relationship.

You have new relationship sex when you meet up, because it is a LDR. Don't marry her just live with her for a year or two before marriage as a trial run. The NRE can't last long living together...
