As commented above, perhaps you could try a fun yet active “workout” which you both enjoy which will make it seems like less of a burden. The moment to get yourself to work out is usually tougher than the workout itself. Also, I would like to encourage you to get your own workout on even if he doesn’t feel motivated to. Maybe your results will encourage him.

Thanks for your input. This is something he has mentioned multiple times even before that situation took place so I personally don’t see it as “him blaming me for his infidelity”. Hope that makes sense

I see that post often but I don’t always completely agree. Sometimes my bf has to ask me something multiple times because what he asks for is not in my nature but I do want to do it to keep him happy if that makes sense

Experiencing the same thing, even this evening. I always tell myself “it’s not because of me he’s acting the way he is”, and repeat that for myself until I get it in my head. Will continue follow this post as advice as well

I’m sorry about this. I would advice to continue to be there for him as from what I can read this is really hard on him. However, when this situation passes I would bring up your feelings (be easy on communicating this). Let him know how it makes you feel when he invests less in you, and see if his behavior changes/attempts to change. As for watching porn, I’m not quite sure what to say about that. Do you think he went back to watching because he doesn’t know how to deal with what is going on an…

I follow YouTube and it’s so helpful! I have actually made proper dishes. I just search for a certain dish, usually there are multiple videos and I go for the most detailed one.
