Throwing like a girl is also known as having an immature throwing pattern. I think nurture plays in this one until testosterone takes over.

Check out Alan Thrall's YouTube videos he fits a great job breaking down the movements and common problems. He has one for all the movements in SL 5x5 too. I'm a large(ish) guy 6'2" 220 and somewhat experienced in the gym but started again two months ago on the program and I love it. I had the problem of getting over my ego doing the weights and building correct form, and I have to say the patience is worth it.

Yeah women's hockey can be great to watch though, the skill is going up dramatically, but it isn't men's hockey.

It is definitively a product of culture, black people grow up in black culture and it is this and the socio-economic factors that determine how intelligent you will be. You are confusing the correlation with the causation.

Compound moments are movements like squat, dead lift, bench press, overhead press, and bent over row. They are the most important moment for building muscle and being strong.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
