In order to file this, she must have signed an affidavit or some sort of statement of truth to the effect that you are doing some nasty things to the kids. If she doesn't work then you probably won't get anything unless she already has money stashed in the bank or property/shares etc. What I mean is whether she has assets or some sort of income.
