You can literally just take her hand. No excuse, no plot, just take her hand because you want to. Trust me, you´ll be amazed. You need to understand, if this girl knows she´s on a date with you, she wants to hold your hand, too. And if it´s too fast for her or whatever, she´ll let you know. If she doesn´t want to hold your hand at all, chances are you´re not a match. Also, don´t make a big thing out of it. Just keep talking and take her hand.

I approach this girl in a clothing store and say hi, she just looks at me as if she saw a ghost, shakes her head, says no and runs away in a hurry. Worst part, right behind her there's this couple and the girl looks at me as if I just killed a child. It was a pretty weak approach from my side, but also an irrationally harsh response. Nevertheless something to laugh about now.

The "Alpha Male" concept is disproven scientifically. However, I think the term serves really well to describe certain characteristics. So it's really useful in conversation imo to describe someone confident, popular, assertive etc. or simply the person exhibiting leader-like behavior (be it a man or a woman). I noticed however, that some people associate the term "alpha" with being a douchebag, so it's worth clarifying that that's not what I understand when I hear someone saying alpha. Tl;dr: T…

I have the same experience. Both my sister and me are absolutely useless when it comes to dating. I stumbled into some experiences along the way, but it was more luck than anything else. Apparently my dad was quite the player when he was younger and my mom also has had her fair share of experience (though you never know how much of that is true ofc), it didn't translate onto me. There's a huge gap, people are mostly expected to learn these kinds of things by themselves and you really see it when…

I don't think you're being selfish. In the end you'll need to know if that's where your boundary is or not, and if it is you need to make that clear to him imo

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
