1	Another Perspective on the Wage Gap I think that is exactly what the research shows. When they cite the 77% of the pay as a man it is done controlling for many factors. People try and use the argument the picture is trying to convey as if the research scientist hadn't thought of control variables before.	/r/PussyPassDenied	13/04/17 12:54 PM
