2	Help with overcoming approach anxiety Read the book Models by Mark Manson. It was recommended in this sub. Has solid advice on best approaches and ways to build confidence around women. Some guys know to do this instinctively others have to learn how to do it. You have to learn and the best way to learn is through practice. Don’t think of it as game, let go of some of the pressure.
