Sounds like life has been hard on you. I suggest just trying to find joy in life again. Forget about the girls for a while. I know it’s cliché but a positive mindset goes a long was. Find out what makes you happy, and focus on that for a while.

Keep talking to girls man. Your already heading in the right direction. Don’t be afraid to tease them playfully every now and then to build attraction.

Go out and do it. You build confidence through action. Through repetition. Make it a habit to talk to women. Make it a habit to flirt with women. The confidence will build overtime.

Get into shape if your not already. Read ‘Models’ by Mark Manson. I recommend reading Leil Lowndes ‘How to Talk to Anyone’. But that’s if you are not a good communicator. Join meetups and social groups or Facebook events. They have free events people can go too socialize and make friends. Be positive and cheerful, even if you have to fake it. Read the book Models by Mark Manson. It was recommended in this sub. Has solid advice on best approaches and ways to build confidence around women. Some guys know to do this instinctively others have to learn how to do it. You have to learn and the best way to learn is through practice. Don’t think of it as game, let go of some of the pressure.
