1	Need an outside perspective on what I am doing If she has friendzoned the other guy, she could do the same with you easily. I would rather wait until she makes the next move, but only show interest when you think she has invested on you enough, if not she might be checking just if you will be there every time she says something (beta behaviour). 2	How to escalate when it's already gone well "don't annoy me though" -> I texted her asking what she was doing that night...no response. You should had written her something like: I am going to do X, you wanna join me. To show that you are going to do it anyway even if she doesn´t accept your proposition.
