Maybe you should learn how to use proper grammar and punctuation before accusing women of being illogical.

Good points. I saw a comment the other day that said “Men are no longer competing against other men for women. They’re competing against the woman’s desire for peace and quiet.” Obviously an oversimplification/exaggeration, but I think it’s true. I’m married, and I adore my husband. But if he wasn’t an equal, good partner to me, I’d rather be alone. I think a lot of women are starting to feel the same, at least according to your post. Overall, I thinks it’s a good thing. Relationships overall wi…

I would argue that women can only have it all if they either make a boatload of money (enough to pay for the best nannies, daycares, etc), or have a good partner who also does 50% of childcare, housework, etc. Women who work full-time and make the same amount of money as their partners can’t have it all if their partner only does 20% of the housework, 10% of the childcare, etc. It’s too much.

No 😂. Like I keep saying, women give birth!! It’s extremely unusual for a women to not be able to have a vaginal delivery because her vagina can’t stretch. It’s just that most women DON’T ENJOY the feeling of their vagina being overstretched during sex. The ones that DO are size queens. Almost all vaginas can be stretched much larger than is needed to have sex; it’s just a question of the ones who enjoy the sensation or not. Most do not.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/24 03:10 PM
8

That’s not what depth means, though. In fact, the average depth of a vagina is less than 4 inches. But during sex, the muscle of the vagina can stretch to accommodate the male partner. And remember, it’s capable of stretching enough to birth a whole baby, too! So it’s not about size at all. It’s about the muscle stretching and shaping. Most vaginal canals and openings are the same size, some women are just more comfortable with being stretched than others.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/24 02:35 PM
13

Size and muscle tightness are 2 different things, though. One can be changed and worked on; the other can’t. That’s why they’re different. Of course, depth is different across women, but I assumed that you weren’t talking about that - because what man would prefer for their woman to only have 4 inches of depth?? That’s not fun for anyone!
/r/PurplePillDebate18/10/24 02:23 PM
17

That’s not really what “size queen” means though. Most women don’t prefer penises that are “too big” - but a very small few do. Those that do are size queens. For these women, it doesn’t necessarily mean that they need a bigger penis to feel pleasure - it just means that they like the feeling of being stretched, sometimes even to the point where it’s painful. Remember that women literally give birth to 10 lb babies. Vaginas can accommodate a lot of things! But like all muscles, they “bounce back…

You say that even a woman who is “too committed” to her relationship would keep this man “on retainer” in case she ever does leave her partner. I’m saying that I wouldn’t do that. Or does marriage still not “count” here, for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 08:12 PM
12

What about your last paragraph then? Wouldn’t that then become irrelevant?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 08:08 PM

The same principle applies, at least for me.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/10/24 07:57 PM

Brad Pitt himself could approach me and hit on me. I’d still tell him that I’m married, and to have a nice day. It’s completely impersonal. I’m committed to my husband, and nobody is going to change that. I honestly love marriage, because my ring deters more men than when I “just” had a boyfriend.

This was definitely written by someone who’s never been in a serious relationship, lmao

Interesting! My only other guess is maybe just that some women would rather be alone than be with a man of “their status”. Not necessarily fair, but could be true.

What’s your evidence for female losers not being willing to date male losers? Not arguing, just curious
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/24 03:30 PM
24

Losers (both male and female) have low self esteem and so are much more likely to not approach one another. That’s basically it. You can’t connect if you aren’t willing to reach out.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/09/24 03:25 PM
12

That’s a fair question. I think that more girls should approach men that they’re interested in.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 07:40 PM
5

That’s a fair point. I hadn’t considered that single women might prefer to be approached online. My single friends are always saying that they want to meet someone in person. But I guess that doesn’t necessarily mean that they’d be happy if a random guy hit on them? Seems confusing haha
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 07:00 PM

lol fair enough
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/24 06:59 PM

Height matters a lot to me - but I’m also 5’10, lol. I don’t know why a short or even average-height woman would care about wanting a 6 foot + man. At some point, it doesn’t matter. My husband is 3 inches taller than me and we’re both very happy with that.

I don’t think that it should be banned completely, but I do think it should be banned before a certain age (say, 18 or similar). After that, if a man wants to get circumcised, he should be able to do so. My husband is uncircumcised and it’s never been an issue for us. We won’t circumcise our kids.

I have never met a woman in real life who’s rejected a coffee date because she wanted the man to pay for an expensive dinner instead. My own first date with my now-husband was a coffee date. It was perfect. No pressure, and lots of opportunity to chat while sober. Highly recommend.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/24 11:18 PM

None of them, lmao. This list reminds me of what a catch my husband is.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/24 07:49 PM

I totally agree. I’m 23 and have never dated someone significantly older than me. I’ve had older men pursue me, but it always creeps me out - I’m just not interested. This is probably flawed of me, but I assume that if they were such a catch, they’d probably have found someone already. I recently married a wonderful man who is 2 weeks younger than me. Actually, none of my female friends are in age-gap relationships. They are all dating or married to men their age, or even a year younger. I don’t…

I’m completely indifferent towards prenups. I think that if they work for you, that’s great! But not all situations require them. My husband and I got married at 23 in a community property state - neither of us had assets (besides a used car probably worth $3K), and we earn almost the same salary (I make $5K/year more than him). Having a prenup in our situation would have been effectively useless, so we didn’t get one. It was never even really a thought. If you get married later in life, I can u…

I actually disagree with your main premise that “most women want to have a kid at some point.” I’m 23, and even as a Christian with many Christian friends (a demographic that skews more towards having children), about 50% of my similarly-aged female friends do not want children. Most of them are partnered up, so they aren’t anti-marriage, just anti-kid. Of the other half who do want kids, most of them want to wait until around 30 to start trying (myself included). Overall, emerging demographics …

I think they work. I’ve never used a dating app, but 2 of my husband’s close friends have found their long term girlfriends on Hinge. But they said it was a slog - both were on the apps for about a year before anything good stuck.

Kindness. Patience is a close second. A man who is patient and kind is invaluable - I married one of them. He happens to also be very attractive, but I never would’ve given him a second date if he wasn’t patient and kind.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/06/24 06:29 PM

You’re not very bright if you really believe that.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/24 01:54 AM

I see you also lack reading comprehension skills. Guess you can’t expect much more from a man!
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/24 01:52 AM

Did you read the rest of my comment that you just quoted? “Merely correcting the OP”, who WAS the one who used that defense. Again, reading COMPREHENSION is clearly not in your wheelhouse. I’ve tried to explain it to you, but you just don’t seem to be grasping it. Well, I’m heading home; my husband and I will have a good laugh reading your comments together later 🥰 thank you!
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 09:45 PM

I am not attempting to use “he started it” as a defense for her here, merely correcting the OP. The OP (a man) is the one who was attempting to stake that claim. Perhaps take it up with him, since it irritates you so much? Once again, if you can read, you’ll see that in another comment I stated that it was wrong for the Instagram commenters to justify the hammer bashing. You really struggle with reading comprehension, don’t you?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 09:38 PM

Can you read? Nowhere do I excuse the hammer in the windshield. I explicitly say that it wasn’t justified in multiple comments. You’re only making yourself look bad here, buddy.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 09:32 PM

Jail time? Most of the time no, it’s not. Not for something like this. Probably community service. Regardless, it doesn’t matter in this situation since law enforcement declined to press any charges against the woman. If we’re going by your argument that illegality=wrong, then since she’s facing 0 charges, she must’ve done nothing wrong! (Not what I believe, as you can see from my other comments. Just highlighting the frailty of your argument).
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 09:30 PM

That’s incorrect. Most states classify damage to property worth less than $1,000 as a misdemeanor. Typical cost of replacing a windshield is $250-$400. That’s small claims court.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 09:27 PM

I agree that’s an issue, and it’s wrong. Doesn’t change the fact that the man was the initial aggressor in this situation. I think you would’ve had more luck with your post if you hadn’t attempted to omit parts of the interaction.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 09:19 PM

No, the hammer attack is not justified. But neither is the man’s behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 09:11 PM

Then why didn’t he get back in the car after he placed them on the ledge? And why wasn’t placing the drinks on the ledge the first thing that he did? He left the drinks in the car when he first got out, you can see it in the video. “Returning” them was not his priority. You’re grasping at straws here. EDIT: I also like how you’re ignoring my other comment, where I mention how he threatened the worker first.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 09:05 PM

Also, I just listened to the video with audio and the man literally says “NOBODY WILL MISS YOU…” to the employee, BEFORE she threatens to throw the drink on him. That’s a threat if I’ve ever heard one! He 100% escalated this situation well before she did.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 09:02 PM

Of course I would feel the same. Getting out of your car in a drive-thru to intimidate the employee is an escalation, no matter who does it. He easily could have placed the drinks on the ledge while remaining in his car. It doesn’t warrant the threats of drink throwing, which is why I said that they both suck. But he escalated the situation first.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 08:58 PM

It’s not the employee’s policy to charge for water or refuse to refund, it’s the corporation’s. It’s bad policy, but it’s not the employee’s fault.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 08:56 PM

They both suck hard, but he was the one who escalated first by getting out of his car and approaching the window. That’s an escalation. It’s meant to intimidate the employee.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/24 08:52 PM

Fertility isn’t usually as much of a concern anymore. My mom didn’t start having kids until she was 30 - she had 3 very healthy kids after that. My mother in law started at 24, experienced 2 miscarriages, and one of her kids has had health issues from birth. Genetics play much more of a role than age. I’m 23 and I’m married, but I don’t want to start having kids until I’m a good bit older.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/06/24 02:25 PM

I think that’s a great idea, and will improve your dating life significantly. Hope it all works out for you. If I can offer one piece of advice, be open to people that maybe don’t tick 1 or 2 of your boxes at first. Sometimes the best chemistry and compatibility comes from unexpected places.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 06:46 PM

That makes sense. I’m going to be 100% honest, I read your post history and it seems like your current biggest hurdle is that you can’t drive AND still live at home with your parents (in a rural area). Those things aren’t dealbreakers on their own, but when combined, it’s not great. Do you have a job? Are you planning on moving out anytime soon? I also think that you will struggle with finding a girl who wants to live in a big city, since you’re currently in a rural area.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 06:42 PM

Ahh I missed that at the bottom. That’s true - I don’t mind driving my husband when we’re both going somewhere (I drive us both to work every day, for example) - but I wouldn’t want to have to be his chauffeur all the time. I have a friend who’s dating a guy without a license or car, and she says that they often get in fights because he expects her to drive him wherever he needs to go. That’s not ideal.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/24 06:35 PM

I don’t meet your standards, because I’m Christian and I want kids one day. That being said, I check all the other boxes. I don’t think your standards are too high whatsoever. I know many women that meet them. Are you being honest with yourself about how attractive you want your partner to be? Attraction is what differentiates friendship from a romantic partnership. I have a tough time believing that you don’t care at all what your partner looks like.

Don’t have sex if you’re that worried about paying child support. Or, always wear a condom. There - problem solved. I also work in accounting for a staffing company - the majority of our temps are under some kind of child support order. These orders are barely any kind of money! The absolute MOST I’ve seen is $100/week. That’s about $400/month. The custodial parent certainly pays at least that (and probably more) themselves. The least I’ve seen has been literally $5/week. I’d say the average amo…

I really think it’s just a question of maturity. Many younger women aren’t yet fully mature - so they don’t mind guys who are also a bit immature (“bad boys”). As women (and people in general!) grow up, they mature and want someone on their level. The “bad boy” seems exciting when you’re young, have little responsibility, and think you’ll live forever. When you’re 30 with a career, home, and real responsibilities? No so much.

I don’t think that age-gap relationships where both parties are 18 or older should be illegal - I just don’t like them, and wouldn’t recommend them to others. It’s the same for 18 year olds joining the military, taking out large amounts of debt, etc. I don’t think it should be illegal, but I would advise against it. Simple as that.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/06/24 04:23 PM

Not answering the hypothetical since it’s a bit silly, but just wanted to say that this is one of my favorite things about being married - I can go out somewhere with my husband by my side, wearing my ring, and nobody will bother me (except for very rarely). It’s the best!!

I’m sure that they exist somewhere. That being said, I’ve never met one in real life. So they are very, very rare. Remember that social media priorities clicks over everything else - “shocking” content (like a woman who expects her man to pay for everything) gets more clicks, so it’s disproportionately represented. You can’t trust social media!

In my marriage, it shows up as me helping my husband process his own emotions. Oftentimes, we’ll be talking about something and he’ll recognize that he feels “off” (as he puts it), but doesn’t know what he feels, or why he feels that way. I often end up taking the role of a therapist - asking him questions to draw his emotions out, presenting scenarios, etc so that he can figure out what he’s feeling and how it’s affecting him. He really appreciates this, but it takes a big emotional toll on me …

Try bookstores or book clubs! You’ll already have a common interest, and (in my experience) they’re usually female-dominated. You should also try going to smaller, local concerts - those are more likely to have locals in the audience.

I think that mother/son enmeshment is usually more criticized because in a lot of cases, it occurs because the mother is inappropriately relying on her son. In my experience, “daddy’s girls” are usually looking up to their dads - it’s not the dad who’s creepily attached to his daughter. So it doesn’t usually evoke the same red flags. When a daddy’s girl finds a boyfriend/husband, she usually pivots to looking up to him instead. But when a momma’s boy finds a girlfriend/wife, his mom is usually a…
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/24 07:16 PM

That wouldn’t make any sense in the context of the question. Besides, unless you have a disability, every service industry job in the country is hiring right now. There’s really no excuse to not have a job.

Unemployment affects the entire family by perpetuating a cycle of poverty, etc. Weight gain (unless it’s an absurd amount that results in health issues, like 100+ lbs) does not. They’re not even close to being comparable. Your family needs to have a home to live in, food to eat, etc. Those things are needs. Your wife being 115 lbs for her entire life is not a need, it’s a want. Needs trump wants every time.

As always, it depends on the couple. My parents are in their late 50s, been married for 35 years, and are still best friends. I’ve never heard them speak poorly of each other. My grandparents are in their 80s, married for 60 years, and still love each other very much - no “ball and chain” jokes there. They say that you need to pick the right partner, and always be adaptable. I hope to be married as long and happily as they are.

It’s a good point. The only one of these I would consider false advertising is the photo filters/photoshop. The other ones are just a normal part of primping. Shapewear js not effective enough to the point where it can transform your body shape (those viral videos you see on Instagram/facebook are all photoshopped, or fake). Makeup can extend the eyelashes and emphasize contours of the face, but it doesn’t entirely change your bone structure. If someone is wearing so much makeup that it makes them look like a diff…

He’s getting hated on because his wife is the most accomplished female gymnast in history, and one of today’s most recognizable and acclaimed athletes. She is a prodigy, and he is a mediocre NFL player. She also has a net worth of approximately 4 times his. That’s why he was getting hate - he’s objectively not the prize. You didn’t mention actions? You mentioned preferences, which are quite different. Preferences come from inner desires, which would require introspection to realize. I think you know that you misspoke. Even if you did mean “looking back at past actions,” that makes no sense in the context of your sentence, so it is still poorly and ineffectively constructed. Couldn’t disagree more. My husband is the kindest man I’ve ever met. That’s exactly what drew me to him in the first place - I’ve never regretted marrying him. Of my similarly-aged girlfriends who also married young (we’re all 23-24), all of them also married kind men, without any asshole-ish tendencies. I do believe that most women genuinely value kindness in their partners, especially if they’re looking for a long-term partner or a husband. If you’re only goal is to have a hookup or short term…

I used to wear it because I wanted people to think I was pretty. I was really concerned about how others perceived me, and insecure (just my experience), so I wore a full face of makeup every day. That was back when I was in high school/early college. Now I’m 2 years out of college, and a lot more confident in myself. The only makeup I wear on a day-to-day basis is my tinted moisturizer, tinted lip balm, and maybe clear eyebrow gel if I’m having a crazy eyebrow day :). Just enough to make me fee…

Well I do suppose you know my husband better than I do.

He’s not red pill, just conservative - that was the first thing I said lol

Well, he works for a Republican and votes red on everything (including social issues), so I would definitely say he’s conservative. Being conservative doesn’t make him an asshole (sounds like the people in your area were)

Not redpill, but my husband is pretty conservative (I’m less so). We both work full-time, and I’m the main earner. No kids yet, but we do equal amounts of hosuework - in fact, he might even do more than I do. His political views haven’t really influenced much about our home life.

Redpill: Many women do want their boyfriends/husbands to financially provide for them, including paying for all dates, etc. Blue pill: Women want to (and do) marry “good guys”, not alpha chads.

Honestly, this might be a controversial answer - but try to make sure that both you and your wife are staying in good shape and taking care of yourselves. I’m very attracted to my husband - but if I’m feeling bloated, not wearing a cute outfit, haven’t showered, etc, then I’m not feeling sexy and oftentimes don’t want to have sex. Similarly, if my husband was to let himself go and gain a significant amount of weight/stop showering/etc, I likely wouldn’t feel much sexual desire towards him. It’s …

I think it varies from couple to couple. For my husband and I, if it’s something we wouldn’t be comfortable seeing our partner do with somebody else, it’s cheating. Obviously, having sex with someone else falls into this category - but also kissing, fondling/groping, etc. Neither of us follow instagram models/are liking or commenting on thirst traps on social media, either - we both consider that a lower level of cheating.

Yes - unfortunately I was referencing violent crimes, not murders (murder is only one particular kind of a violent crime). Your comment still concedes that the majority of violent crimes are committed by men. You must be looking at a different FBI.gov than I am, because it actually says that for the murders where the gender is known, 89.3% of them were committed by a male (a far cry from the 60-70% you purported here). Additionally, your comment implies that the murderers of an “unknown gender” …

Yes, I would leave. My husband knew he wanted to marry me early on - and we both made it clear that marriage was the goal. If he hadn’t been open to ever getting married, I would’ve found someone else who was.

Ok…so what’s the point of the post? Lol. Because it seems like you’re trying to say that women should be feminine and men should be masculine without conditions, but you don’t claim to have any idea of what that means

You tell me! You included that in your list of feminine traits

I do agree that there’s too much of a double standard here, but I don’t quite agree that the two are equally comparable. This is because “traditional femininity” often implies some amount of submissiveness to your male partner. When you’re confident that your partner is a good person, who has your best interests at heart, it is safe to submit to him. However, if your partner hasn’t proven himself to be this kind of person, submitting yourself to him could (and often does) result in an unbalanced…

I think the implication is that when men make less money than their female partners, they feel insecure as a result. If their earnings increased, I do believe that it would help bolster men’s confidence in themselves. I deal with this in my own marriage. I make more money than my husband, and he’s admitted to me several times that he feels insecure that he isn’t providing for me financially. I always reassure him that it doesn’t matter to me, but I know that if/when an opportunity arises for him…

Hi! I can’t speak for everyone, but when I say that I find confidence attractive, I don’t mean confidence in a particular skill or area of expertise. I’m referring to confidence in yourself as a person. I’ve met men who, on paper, weren’t exceptional in any one area of their lives (like most people). But they were confident in themselves. They carried themselves well, they were able to laugh at themselves, weren’t offended easily, and weren’t afraid to approach women. Unsurprisingly, these men o…

The error in your hypothetical: The man is not attempting to avoid having a child. Rather, he is going behind the woman’s back and tricking her into having a child with him. This is called “baby trapping”, and isn’t acceptable behavior for a man or woman. The situation that is actually at hand here is one where both the man and the woman are actively attempting to prevent pregnancy, through some means of birth control. Nobody is trying to baby-trap the other (unlike in your hypothetical scenario…

We’re working on combining our finances (just got married recently). In the meantime, I pay a bit more than half of our expenses, since I make more money than my husband. After we combine, everything will be shared.

Would you mind citing your sources? I got mine from fbi.gov, which is considered the most reputable database for crime in the USA.

Probably because almost 74% of violent crimes are committed by men (fbi.gov) and the average male can physically overpower the average female - including doing something like taking her firearm and using it against her. Women are the physically weaker sex, so it makes sense that they would be more afraid.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
