I was at the gym today and saw a guy about 25 struggling with tricep pull downs at 20 lbs! He could do like 6 or 8 then his arms would shake and he would stall. WTF? He wasnt crippled or anything just a weakling. How does a guy let himself get that weak? He wasnt fat either. Just out of shape.
