Tbh guys are truly not better like we ghost, we don't communicate, we are sometimes sloppy, it's really both genders that have their idiosyncrasies.

I think this should be upvoted more. I also feel that a lot of women are not comfortable after having had sex on a first date. That's my hunch. I mean, as a guy, I would also not want that because it honestly makes you look like you do that every time, Idk if that's really that attractive? I personally think setting boundaries and walking away from the possibility of having sex just shows that you have options (even if you don't ) and that you are not needy. But I'm always interested in what a w…

So what's your suggestion for OP then? Genuinely interested as I suggested too not to sleep with them on the first date. Not to manipulate them, just to weed out the ones that are just into a one night stand.

I wish I didn't agree with this, but I do.

I mean you cannot and should not correct it if they feel slut shame. But if the sex was good and you stay in touch she might come back for more. I know that's not what your'e looking for though. But if you don't sleep with her on the first date, she'll be less likely to feel slutty I assume (not to say it is slutty to sleep with a guy on the first date).

Man, it's not always easy being a dude! Lol honestly it low key sounds like those girls are just using you. But also, I think things will change for you as you get older. Meanwhile, enjoy the girls who want to live the crazy life lol.

Dude, you should be proud of yourself honestly. If you're getting that feedback, you should be confident, and not give away that asset that you have right away, ya know?

This is so true. Sex is like that one trump card we have, both guys and girls. Once that's done, you can of course have better sex, but the first time having sex with someone is still a pretty cool moment that is worth waiting for a little bit - unless of course you just want to have sex with as many women as possible.

You pretty much wrote in 3 lines what took me a whole paragraph, well said.

As a rule, I would not say in my bio what I don't want or like. I would just meet women like you have before, be as flirty or whatever you usually are, but then just not sleep with them on the first date. I'm a guy, and I would love for women to chime in, but I feel acting like that when you could technically get laid, but then confidently end the date and say "this was a lot of fun!" and leave makes you immediately more interesting as you're not giving out fuckboi vibes, but the vibes of a guy …

Well you take the lead then! Flirt with them and be your best self, but don't have sex with them on the first date. I don't think that immediately makes you coming off as relationship hungry.

The good point about this strategy is it shows you that not every woman reacts negatively to your compliments. That also means, not every woman will immediately dismiss you if you start talking to them. Some will, but others won't. I actually think you could turn these compliments into conversation starters, like for instance ask a woman about her jacket, where she bought it or you could say did you get this at Anthropologie?! Or something like that. Good luck!!

So true! The 3 second rule. If you go beyond it, the mind takes over and it's anxiety city for me.

Good points, and just being aware that self improvement never ends is key imo. The fact that you shared the coffee-incident shows that you're aware and not afraid to share it with others. I agree, that was just being deferential to your partner, showing how much you're invested in her. I actually don't think it's so bad, I almost think you might be overthinking it. She's your girlfriend, after all! So I almost read it as asking her "should I have another cup of coffee, I kinda feel I've had enou…

It wasn’t a bad thing to say at all. But the better thing to do would have been to insist in walking her home because she seemed worried about walking alone at night. And if she still insisted to walk home by herself, maybe because she didn’t want you to know where she lives, you could have offered to get her a cab.

Bro relax. Girls are not out to get you in legal trouble, for the most part. Like all of us, be vigilant when it comes to scenarios where the girl has had too much to drink, especially in a one night stand situation. Probably best to steer clear of these, especially when the girl is college age. That’s good advice for anyone, no matter their immigration status. Apart from that, go out and date girls! Being a man and keeping frame doesn’t mean you have to be a jerk.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
