She was going over the speed limit on a wet road, it wouldn't of mattered whether or not they had reflectors because she wouldn't have been able to slow down fast enough to aboid them, and after she kills one kid and injures two more she sues the families for a cool mill due to the "mental trauma" she suffered without taking the families into account for their mental trauma.
