Am also 30. Also had sex with multiple women this week. Dont really want to date any of them. One I might cause she’s sweet as a peach but I certainly don’t think she’s as attractive as me objectively. Women face a weird burden when they typically peak before they are fully “women”. A 22 year old is a grown women without grown experience. Men peak later and life so we have it hard early and less hard late. It’s hard for women to understand this.

I’m an attractive man. I’ve gained a little weight since corona but I’m over 6 foot tall, very nice hair, naturally muscular, get complimented on how handsome I am everyday. If I buy beer (I’m 30 in 6 days) and show my ID I always get told I looks 23 or 24. I’m a total fuck up. I failed out of college. I have zero marketable skills, I don’t have a great personality and people go between initially liking me because of my appearance and then learning to dislike me as soon as they know me. I easily…

This. I’ve never had a woman say “oh I guess we have to wait” when I didn’t have a condom. They just say to put it in anyway. To which I typically decline. If she’s willing to let people they don’t know go in raw, I’m def not the only person she doesn’t know that she lets go in raw.

Kiiiinda. I wouldn’t report either of my abusers. The pedo from when I was a kid seems to have a shit life as it is and I don’t think I even realized I had been abused til 10 years after the fact. The girl when I was an adult I think just had never even thought it’s super not cool to fuck and blacked out drunk dude cause society just never tells them they can be predators. So idk. In theory I agree with you I guess. But it’s nuanced.

Not really what I mean. I think sexual assault matters equally between genders. But my sexual absurd as a man, and when I was a child, it just doesn’t affect me. I don’t think about it and even when I do I just don’t care. Not all victims think of it as some huge life changing deal.

My girlfriend is a pretty bartender and makes a fairly good living doing fairly easy/fun work. That’s not to say she doesn’t work hard. But even a hard day bartending isn’t nearly as difficult as wildland firefighting/construction (work I do). This is why I don’t have a huge problem with girls joints Boy Scouts of America. The Girl Scouts is just a shitty organization that doesn’t help little girls learn anything valuable. Separate girl Troops joining the Boy Scouts and imitating the frameworks already set up will actually be useful for their development and doesn’t necessarily need to affect the way the organization works for boys.

We do bat an eye, but we just gossip and accept it. I agree with you completely. Fire her for sucking at her job but no prison. And same if genders were reversed. It’s ridiculous to think 16 year old girls never genuinely want to have sex with men in their 20s, and often with men of authority over them. Doesn’t make it right. But it’s not an equivalent crime violently raping someone or drugging and raping. It’s really more akin to extremely bad behavior.

Hard to describe. Have been raped. Was unable to be normal again despite being a pretty normal dude prior. And I’d rather have been accused. Do I have to describe inherently violent? Again, I’m pretty much and MRA but if we have to decide whether or not rape is violent we’re part of the problem. I will say being falsely accused and convicted is worse than being raped.

Yes but our values as partners are always a combination of factors. Sexual attractiveness, finances, social status. Those are the HUGE three. But for women sexual attractiveness is the biggest and for men finances is number one, and social is kinda a shared area. I say we get the partners we deserve because although you can’t help being ugly you can change your body. You can’t help being born pot but you can work your way into the middle class. And you can’t help having great social value but yo…

I wasn’t being thoughtful when I said that. If someone is convicted of rape falsely and is sent to prison, raped or not, that is worth than being raped. Sorry, I was thinking being falsely accused and found innocent. Which is still horrible.
/r/MensRights16/04/18 03:01 PM

No not as BAD people. But they are seen as less valuable sexual and romantic partners. Women almost exclusively date men who make more money than them.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/18 02:54 PM

I expressed myself poorly. Your attractiveness absolutely adds to your social value. But there are other factors. Being outgoing enough to find someone. Some attractive people end up alone. Money adds, but isn’t everything. There are tons of factors. But yes, having a cleft lip takes away from your value as a romantic companion. As does any deformity.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/04/18 02:44 PM

I just don’t consider when feminists call rape rape at all. Tell a women in the Congo that has been raped by militiamen in front of her family that a drunk girl at a bar was “raped”. That’s insane. It’s just not the same. Violent rape is as bad as having your reputation questioned. Now, being convicted or even accused of false rape is much worse than being a drunk “sexual assault” victim. And being innocently imprisoned for rape is probably as bad as real rape, but being accused and found innoce…
/r/MensRights16/04/18 01:43 PM

Woa woa woa. Rape is far worse and rape is inherently violent. That being said I agree most of what the feminists call rape isn’t rape at all and is mad disrespectful of actual rape victims. But we can’t throw out the baby with the bath water. There are real rape victims who weren’t just being drunk horny girls who felt bad about themselves for being slutty. Actual violent rape is horrible.
/r/MensRights16/04/18 01:31 PM

I’m basically and MRA and just don’t agree. They should be bad, including prison time. But I don’t think they should be equal. Raping someone is worse than saying you were raped.

People wind up with the partner they deserve, generally speaking. If you can’t land anyone you have to lower or change your standards. If you’re unwilling to do that you don’t deserve anything because you lack self awareness of your value.

First of all, I did not assign either of these actions to men or women. Both men and women do both of these things. Cheating because of a dead bedroom isn’t exclusive to men and branch-swinging isn’t exclusive to women. And yes, obviously men and women have different values, nobody denies that, except maybe the dense people you tend to speak to. Cheating to fulfill your sexual desires in a dead bedroom relationship is selfish during the act of cheating, but it’s an action taken to maintain the r…

I didn’t imply anything in terms of physical needs vs. morality. I was only speaking about morality. Specifically immorality. Fulfilling a sexual need by cheating is immoral. Cheating to try and find a better partner before leaving your current partner is also immoral. The second is more immoral because it is more self-centered. I had a comment before this but idk if it sent so I just started a new one.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/17 11:44 AM

You didn’t read the thread attached to the comment. I was specifically asked which is worse, a woman cheating because her partner has ED or because her partner can’t keep a job, and why. I was made to choose between those two specific options. Men cheating wasn’t even part of the question and Validation was not one of the two options I was given.

I’ve explained it VERY clearly. In fact I held my tongue and explained it a second time after you didn’t seem to understand the first. Cheating because you aren’t getting sex is fulfilling a legit physical need. Cheating because of your partners employment status is indicative of either a deliberate act of cruelty, or you disregarding the foundational reasons for your relationship in the first place.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/17 04:26 AM
1

Then break up with him BEFORE cheating. If you don’t need to be taken care of then you can leave the first relationship before starting the second. You’re not even denying hypergamy, you’re just giving reasons to not feel bad about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/17 04:16 AM
1

You need your man to meet your basic financial needs for you? I don’t think anyone should enter a relationship with the expectation to be taken care of financially unless they’re upfront about that from the start. And surely you’ll wouldn’t enter a relationship with a man who can’t hold down a job if you expect to be taken care of.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/17 03:57 AM
2

Yes. Cheating on him because he can’t please you means you cheated to fulfill a legitimate health/mental health need he wasn’t helping you with. Cheating on him for his employment status means you don’t value him as a person and don’t value whatever was the foundation of you deciding to start a committed relationship with him. The second scenario is clearly morally worse.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/17 03:46 AM
1

Cheating on him because he can’t please you sexually would be less bad than because he can’t keep a job. Because cheating because he can’t keep a job would imply you’re cheating with someone who can, in which case you’re looking for a new relationship before ending your current, which is awful and selfish, or you’re cheating on him because him not being able to keep a job makes you look down on him, and are no longer attracted to him, in which case you’re likely cheating with the intention of hu…

We have a society they conditions men from a very young age that they are supposed to take care of their woman. So abandoning a LTR for a reason besides a woman’s infidelity is seen a shameful thing to do. Therefore men will often stay in relationships where they have sex maybe once a year, because they feel immense pressure to continue to take care of their SO. Women don’t have that societal pressure, and cheat to try and find a better partner, without concern for their current partner. I’m sur…

My comment wasn’t gender specific at all, but have you seriously not met men is long-term sexless relationships? How miserable they are but can’t emotionally give up on their partner? They cheat cause they need sex. I agree some men cheat cause it’s their, the kinda player types, but that’s a minority. And again, some women cheat cause it’s their and some women cheat cause they can’t get sex from their man, although those cases seem less common. I guess you’ve created a third category where I wa…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/17 03:11 AM

I guess you could try. The person who opportunistically cheats is trying fulfill something their relationship lacks, and still ultimately has maintaining their emotional/committed relationship in mind. The person who is trying to start their new relationship before leaving their old relationship only has their self in mind.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/17 02:59 AM
1

Yea. It totally is. If he can’t hold down a job just break up with him, don’t cheat on him. If he can’t pleasure you sexually either decide to live you can live with that, decide you can live with yourself as a cheater, or break up with him.

Yes. One is fulfilling an unfulfilled physical need while trying to maintain a relationship with current SO, one is trying to abandon your current SO for someone better and making sure you’re the only once coming out unscathed. Both are selfish and wrong. One is worse.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/11/17 09:55 PM

But men generally cheat for sex and woman generally cheat thinking they can establish a new relationship before ending their current one, to make sure they aren’t left with nothing. That’s why the manner in which women generally cheat is morally worse.

Everyone wants the best they can get, and it’s totally fine in casual dating to strive for the best, but trying move on to the next best thing after agreeing to a committed relationship may not be sinister but it is bad. Committing yourself to someone includes the commitment to not move on to the next best thing. It’s means valuing the whole of your history together and not just where it currently stands. Men and women are guilty of not living up to this commitment but red pill thinkers would ar…

Meh, she's fat but she's not really ugly. Her personality is ugly but not her fat face.

Look dude I know it's a double standard. I just don't think we should be as sensitive as the other side.

Man, I hate double standards when they're legally enforced, but this shit? Who cares? Some goofy chick grabbing ass is kinda funny. Some dude doing it is kinda scary. There is a difference. I'm a mild MRA but with this I just don't care.

If fat chicks had those proportions lots of dudes would be into them. That's not what fat women look like at all.

The term rape culture was not coined in the media. It was a term used in academic papers to refer to the culture of raping fellow inmates in men's prisons in the 70s. Where rape really was kinda dismissed. Feminists picked up the term to try and apply it to their lives in everyday society.

I think if it doesn't upset you then you weren't raped, yes. Technicalities that exist today take away from the nature of crimes. The nature of things Has given way to the technicality of things because of a perceived necessity by the justice system, and to a lesser extent society. I could get into the philosophy of you choosing your actions when taking the first drink, but I suck at philosophy.

Sorry you feel badly about what happened between you and those people. I've been black out drunk and had sex with a sober women and don't believe they raped me. Although I do believe they took advantage of me. I don't think that reaches the level of rape and think calling it by that name does a disservice to victims of violent rape.

Another way to frame this in a conversation: why do you think women don't have the right to get really drunk and have sex?

It's a phenomena I've noticed a lot on reddit but never had a great way to describe. We should make a word for it.

I agree with a fair chunk or red pill ideology but yea this is stupid, and a lot of the men are are just going along with it, which is often the default on this sub.

She held up a mock decapitated head. That's some mock ISIS shit. What could she have thought would happen? Does she even get to complain about death threats? I believe censorship is wrong but wouldn't she call for it if someone help up her head? What a dumb fucking thing to do.

I think you're wrong. It's hyperbolic but not parody. It's selling shoes to women, an audience they know will like the message even if it's a little exaggerated.

I'm sure legally it is rape but so are a lot.of things that aren't actually rape. She fucked a guy who was too drunk but the drunk guy did booty call her. And we're saying she's the rapist. Bug what if drunk guy booty called her and she got there and he was wasted but really wanted it and she was scared and apprehensive but gave into sex anyways cause he was drunk and pushy and much stronger than her. Would he have been a drunk guy who raped her? See how easy it is to murk up the water? That's w…

Meh. Drunk sex isn't rape if the drunk person rings you and has you come over. I don't care what anyone says. Not rape. Although im aware people would say it is if the female were the drunk person. It's just not rape either way.
