Yes I do see women's actions aligned with it. I actually see more built guys struggling with women around here. The fallacy that every woman secretly prefers huge muscle bound guys is a male perpetuated myth that derives from repressed homosexual desires.

A lot of options with open minded female partners as well. My current partner knows I'm bi so we do some femdom-y stuff. The dynamic never leaves the bedroom though, if anything we're so comfortable with our outside roles that flipping things 180 is exciting.

Probably a more complex correlation than you're presenting here. I just moved to an area where yoga is HUGE. The thin wiry look is what makes the alpha bod in this area.

If you're already practicing meditation, you should look into meditation on death. This is a powerful practice with its roots in Buddhism that is a distillation of the ideas that you posted about. I have a really similar experience to this. Bullied in high school, not necessarily a distant father, but a very passive aggressive, "nice guy" dad.
