1	Women are fuckin yoyos man. 😬 Never use food as a comfort mechanism, the sole purpose of food is nutrition. Your body needs to constantly rebuild itself, your brain needs to be healthy physically first to be mentally healthy. If you slip into the habbit of using food when you feel sad ( as a comfort mechanism) you are feeding a vicious cycle of self hate and obesity. So NO .. 4	This one hits deep I later learned that she developed a deep hatred for me and tried everything to avoid me, because she feared I would hurt her. Because surely I must hate her. I absolutely concur, reecently a female colleague at my workplace expressed romantic intrest in me and I very politely refused her.
