3 weeks ago i was engaged to a woman who pulled something similar to this. Refused to acknowledge the signs until it was almost too late. I ended the engagement 2 weeks before the wedding. Im now on the coast in Croatia trying to rebuild. She knows exactly what she is doing, dont put up with it

None, but she keeps the apartment spotless and keeps me fed. If keeping the toilet seat down is the price I pay for this it's worth it.

Have you ever sat down for dinner only to fall down because there was no seat?

My wife had a serious problem with me leaving the toilet seat up. I never understood why this bothered her but I valued the relationship more than the toilet. Nagging me will only make me resent you and my wife knows this because of this, the 10% of the time I did put the toilet seat down she made a big deal about it and said how wonderful I am etc. The point isn't the toilet seat, the point is that she felt heard and understood. One or two experiences like that and I rarely leave the toilet s…

Ive been zero sugar for close to a year and lost 20kg (40lbs) whilst doing minimal exercise. Its hard if you dont know what youre doing. The key is to get used to no sugar first then reduce calories. The advanced version of no sugar is ketosis (google it). Your biggest ally on the road to zero sugar is fat. Start by replacing all the calories you intake from sugar with calories from fat. Take sugar with your coffee? Add whipped cream instead. Giving up chocolate? Replace it with organic peanut b…

Crazy guy on the bus isn't really my problem. She looks to you to be her rock and if you stare this guy down and keep your cool you win. I think the only way to win is to have so much fun with your LTR that you lift the mood of the bus. Unfortunately holding that frame and actually being that entertaining is really difficult. When pricks on a bus come on board it's not some crazy guy, it's people who are fucking with you and are getting away with it. Good luck getting tingles after that.

Not london but Sydney. I was ready for the "fucking watch it" comment. I found it hard to be amused by it. The way i saw it was that they completely disrespected everyone on the bus by taking ownership. I couldnt think of any thing else but to confront them directly. However a potential 6 vs 1 fight or worse legal ramifications are not worth it. Im sure theres a way to take the piss out of them, win over the runts of the group and get them on my side (thats my usual tactic). However that takes t…

I've got a similar thing we my LTR. It obviously comes from insecurities (it's always negative things about the ex) but it always bothers me that she's even thinking about the guy. I find that immediately withdrawing all attention from her works

It will be difficult since the ground rules have already been established. I wouldn't go so far as to say you're whipped but I would seriously consider what would happen if the salaries were the other way around. Would she chip in for you? Women next to zero empathy when it comes to money and think it's fair that you pay more because you earn more. They tend to lose their shit when it's the other way around. Sure I have my own anecdotal evidence but I haven't seen anything to make me think other…

Are you a quant? I've got degrees in engineering and mathematics. Starting to learn program on my own and revising all my old coursework. Any tips on how to contact people in the industry?

I'm in the same boat. I'm 25, started a job in engineering a month ago. The guy I sit next to has been in the game for about 15 years. He's working crazy hours to get to a director role. When I started a took a gamble. I left my larger (dying) firm to join this young, rapidly expanding firm. First few weeks I made a few mistakes and now I've lost the trust of this guy and its having serious effects on my reputation. My strategy: Win the crowd: I'm on very good terms with everyone in the office. …

Break all contact from her until she starts contacting you. Go hang out / get in touch with your make friends. My LTR is a balancing act. When she starts ignoring me / acting childish I just ignore her until are calms down. She changes her behaviour pretty I quickly

I went after maybe 4-5 girls during that time. keep in mind I was fat and extremely nice and put girls on a pedestool. Looking back i only wanted a girl to feel better about myself. That being said, In Australia where I'm from country folk are quite different from city people. Would it be fair to say that small town americans have their lives in order faster than city people?

kept wondering why all the girls I went after ended up going for people who were very obviously assholes. Eventually enough of them went out with guys who would end up either cheating on them or dumping them a week later that I realised it wasnt just outliers there was something in this. Started looking online for answers and found David DeAngelo. Eventually I got all the practical tips necessary to get the girl but I still didnt answer my question for why "nice guys finish last" found TRP, read…

The "wall" is a point in a woman's life when her looks are longer good enough to attract the guys she wants and her peak was long ago. When she realises that she has wasted her years it's like running into a wall. Pre-wall: girls who are blissfully unaware that the only thing they have to contribute to a relationship is looks Post-wall: after getting used to not having to do anything for male attention due to their looks, once gone these women have almost nothing to offer

Catholic here, our girls are some of the least self-entitled out there. You will have to marry them to sleep with them but they have been taught the red pill (or at least our centuries old version of it). Obviously there are exceptions but if they're "daily mass Catholic" marry them. 10/10 would marry them again

Devout catholic here, can confirm. Part of our involvement stems from a church thy shot itself in the foot in the early 60's. One ally you probably won't expect is the youn men entering the seminaries to become priests. I disagree with your statement on keeping people in line with the fear of damnation though. Christianity never prospers when it is forced. But that's for another thread. Latin Mass communities are popping up everywhere as a response to the femenisation of the west. In time we wil…

I don't believe in lesbians. You get to know one well enough eventually you'll find a huge mistrust of men due to (most likely) an abusive/emotionally absent father or a horrible relationship. If you can show any of them that you've found the source of this mistrust and heal them of it (usually by not being a pussy and not an asshole either) then they'll let their wall down and begin being attracted to you. In the end you can socially construct your life all you want and you can claim that you c…
