Just buy propranolol from an Indian pharmacy imo and use it as training wheels. Gradually reduce your dose as you gain experience and confidence and eventually you'll be able to talk to attractive women without a huge adrenaline response.

However, the second one is always difficult for me. How should I make physical contact behind her in a non creepy way? I should have mentioned this is highly dependent on the setting. At the club I go to most nights, the dance floor is like shoulder to shoulder and there's going to inevitably be a bunch of contact anyway, plus the music is too loud to ask them to dance and everyone else is doing the same thing so it doesn't feel in appropriate at all. At a bar/pub that's not quite as crazy this …

I feel like I'm in a good position to answer this because I was in the exact same boat until recently. I live in Canada where you can get in bars/clubs at 19 but I had literally never gone out until this year (I'm 22 now) but now I go out literally every single weekend, usually alone, and fucking LOVE it. This might be slightly controversial but honestly the best advice I can give you is to get some phenibut. Find a dose that works for you (I typically go for 750mg-1.25g), have a few drinks (car…

Start working out at the university gym. Play intramural sports. Download tinder. If your campus has places to get food go there and just strike up a conversation with someone, ask them what year they're in, what they're studying, when their next class is, etc. Ask what they like to do on the weekends and try to maybe join them some time. Your college isn't the problem, your social anxiety is. You can make friends and meet girls if you're willing to challenge yourself.

Both of your links are the same, I think you pasted the wrong URL for the pdfs. Could you update it? I'm interested in checking them out. Thanks for sharing this :)

Constantly feeling the need demonstrate your confidence is not very confident. People who are actually comfortable with themselves don't mind texting because they don't have anything to prove and it's more respectful of the other person's time and preference.

This is the best advice I've ever seen someone give on this sub. Really good take.

"Girl asked me on a date, so I told her I don't do that. How do I get her to go on a date with me?" Jesus this sub is so neurotic lmfao.

Honestly this is difficult to read. That's not a "shit test". It's just a person trying to be playful and funny. As you said in your post, she's interested in you. That was her flirting with you. Stop obsessing over "frame" and "shit tests" and just talk to her like a normal person lmao. Christ.

Why not do both? IME the best way to use tinder is to just check it sporadically a few times a day for a few minutes, use your swipes, and send an opener / response to a few girls. The best advice I got from this subreddit is to match the pace of the girls you're messaging. If you message them at 4pm and they respond at 7pm the next day, don't message them 5 minutes later. Wait a day or two. Don't use silly pickup lines and don't say anything overtly sexual or you'll usually kill your chances. I…

You'll be more attractive to more women if you're over 6 feet. Let's not delude ourselves. Of course it's somewhat shallow and there's nothing actually wrong with being under 6 feet.

Is this a troll post? Under 6 feet isn't perfect obviously, but there's nothing you can reasonably do about it. Just focus on improving your personality and physique.

Tinder and Bumble are both fine for it. Almost nobody is just going to agree to have sex with you without ever meeting you in person, and bringing it up explicitly is going to make them uncomfortable. Just take them out on a date and then if it goes well invite them back to your place or something. You're more likely to hook up that way than by trying to get a girl to commit to sex just by messaging on an app.

Yes, they're just to break the ice and get a laugh instead of being lost in a sea of "hey" or "how are you". Based on their response you can usually improvise some kind of playful transition and get their number/Snapchat after a few messages.

I can't tell if I should respect the fuck out of you or fuck the respect out of you. Wanna steal my comfiest hoodie? You're so cute I wouldn't even mind your makeup taking up all of my bathroom counter space. E7 ... Oh sorry I thought this was a vending machine cuz you look like a snack. Are you a cigarette? Because you're smoking hot and I want your butt in my mouth. Wanna pretend we're a cute couple and go grocery shopping together? These all work pretty well, most are from /r/tinder

I mean it's just pure sugar, it's just a weird contrast to do something healthy like working out and then immediately consume something that's quite unhealthy. Typically people have a protein shake or something after working out, not a sugary drink. But like if the rest of your diet is fine a hot chocolate now and then won't hurt too much. Just do you.

Off topic but why are you drinking hot chocolate after working out lmao.

You don't need to be super attractive you just need to cherry pick your pictures and maybe lower your standards a bit. I know it's easier said than done though. The point is OP is 25 and it sounds like he hasn't even tried this route yet.

I'm in the same boat although I'm 22. I'm only just now starting to seriously try to turn my shit around. I'd highly recommend trying Tinder or Bumble, because once you match with someone you know they're attracted to you and they want something romantic/sexual, so it's easier to not feel weird about it like you might if you were doing cold approach or hitting on girls at school/work. I just had my first 2 Tinder dates last week, and I plan to meet as many girls as I can. I think most of your co…
