1	How to beat porn urges? get active, go out and do stuff in the day. Either work, gym, socializing ect. 1	Is it possible to red pill and be a gamer at the same time? After a hard Day's work either work, working out or socializing there is nothing wrong is gaming. It's relaxing. Just always make sure your priorities are straight and you will get enough rest. But honestly for me I've been getting it there and socializing and going to the gym that im to tired to game anymore.
