Granted, he could play numerous other sports, but why settle? Why make a huge deal out of it? This is much different than men almost never getting custody because of the law.

This is true, although there are loads of other sports for them to play.

I understand that it is discriminatory, but its done for the same reason there are age limits for pewee sports. Older kids simply dominate. Men are generally better than women at sports, so I hope you can empathize with them as to why these policies are in place. Lets examine the possibilities. Case 1: girls are allowed on a football team. Some of them are successful at certain roles but cannot compete with their male counterparts at very physical positions, so on a whole, it remains male domina…

Most of the things on Roommate Confessions are pretty disturbing, although some of them can be pretty funny. The 5th one is awesome :D

I came here to say the same thing. This is a place of equality, not woman bashing.

Just because you are dressed like a whore does not mean you are one... but you ARE wearing a whore's uniform. Such a great analogy with the police uniform!

I see where you are coming from. But imagine if the video instead showed all the instances where men are exploiting woman and showed how men were treated better. The video would lack a bigger picture that would demonstrate its falsity. Some people would have a visceral impact at how badly woman are treated, while other people would shout how inaccurate it was. Do you catch my dirft? I liked the video. I am not saying that the whole thing had to be data, but if he included something to help under…

I really could not agree more. I would have preferred data that demonstrated his point rather than a collection of clips.

"OK, I just deleted 6 comments that were just plain un-called for. Most of them were men, but a couple were women. Male-identified women. So, I check my stats, and apparently they are all coming from reddit. What the fuck is reddit? And why are MRA’s worrying about what little ol’ me has to say. You know what I say to MRA’s? Get a fucking life, you bunch of turds."

tl;dr Sorry shrink lady, be more concise. Your article is remains utter shite. Ha, how is she supposed to make an adequate response to the 30 different critiques in just a small paragraph? Some of those responses were ridiculous. Try seeing things from other people's perspectives for once and try checking out the monkeysphere article!

One huge wall of text, hope this makes it easier to read? I'm the author of the above article. I'm replying to this comment thread per Derek's email request earlier today. Context My blog, Shrink4Men, is a resource for men who are in or are recovering from abusive relationships in which the female partner is the abuser. For those of you who believe that only men are abusive, think again. Recent studies show that women are just as likely (if not more likely) to be emotionally/psychologically/verb…

You could toss 95% of the world’s men into a meat grinder to make hotdogs and the birthrate and overall quality of life of everyone would be unaffected. Depends on your understanding of how wealth is created. What is the point of wealth if there is a scarcity of labor? Perhaps the exaggeration that results from the word "everyone" hurts the argument? Seems incomplete without many references to culture or spirituality. Other than that, it seems like a logical conclusion of another article posted …
