I would say don't look too much into whether she's viewing your stories or not. Some people have different viewing patterns e.g. me. I view everyone's story if I have the time just because I'm bored.

I wouldn't ask a girl if I could "meet her". That's a bit of a strange question to ask. Instead just say "Hi! What's your name?" Or bring up something with her that had to do with the class you two were in. Your actions while you two were studying displayed neediness. Alright so out of the three specific times I've bought girls drinks 2 of them were #2 and #3. I was thinking to myself that these are the best situations to buy a girl a drink. I think if you've been talking to her for 10+ minutes and you're feeling a vibe then why not to let her know your intentions? Bought a girl a drink last weekend that was basically #1 and after that I was like I'm never going that again lol.
