1	Dealing with bad breath No matter how much mouthwash, gum or breath strips you use if you don't scrape your tongue you breath is still gonna stink. In fact, using all that stuff without scraping your tongue will make the bad breath more noticeable. Here's what you do: Scrape your tongue, brush your tongue, scrape it again, and brush it one more time. When you brush it the second time don't spit just yet.
