The Institute for Family Studies (IFS) is a conservative "think tank" and basically they are pro marriage, pro family and pro child. You should take their findings with a grain of salt.

I guess it's because you had this preconception about what you thought he was going to be like physically (perfect redpilled 110% anytime). They say don't meet your hero for a reason. Remember you learn from his thoughts, and not the other things. He is not a superhuman, just a man like you and me, the world will drag us down, shit testing us.

Yeah that last sentence is important, you are only 18, think about all the women you can have sex with in the future. You have the time to raise your SMV and thus you will attract 9s and 10s. I know it must be sucked, I was there, my LTR of 4 years left me when I was 23 and still bluepilled, I didn't get over that for a year. But I found trp and slowly it got better. The first few chicks after that, I was having sex for the sake of proving myself I can get better women. Now I'm 27 and even thoug…

keep being chill, but you should escalate kino all the time, remember that conversation is not that important. The most important thing is touch. I see many guys go on Tinder and immediately suggest sex or fwb through texting, don't do that, set up a date and logistic, then remember kino. Sex is mostly guaranteed if you follow through and finish all the kino steps which had been discussed here.

It is usual for men to lost the sense of humor in dating and feel like they can not create bonds with women after a long term relationship. My advice to you, in addition to practicing (go on tons of dates) is to read some books on dating strategies for men (Models by Mark Manson). It would help speed up the recovery process. Also remember to take good care of yourself (lifting, diet, nice clothes...). Next time when you are in a long term relationship, allow yourself to flirt with other girls. I…

Have you ever thought about the chance of your sperm being used by an angry liberal feminist so she can raise a kid by her own, then your child will grown up to be a nice guy, or a beta as we put it here, can you afford that possibility? If I decide to have a kid, then I would definitely be there to raise him to be a redpill man/woman.

I think it's universal rule that if a girl invites you over, you need to make a move, just escalate until the point she says no, if not then go for it. She will lose interest really quick if she invites you over and you don't do anything.

I think you misunderstand the true concept behind AWALT, AWALT mentality does not encourage you to hate women. I think it is way more of a reminder to yourself, that you need to be alpha, and you need to improve yourself consistently so you are her best choice if you want the woman around, you will lose her if you don't, your choice. So AWALT is not about women, it is about you.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
