0	Confidence comes from within? It make you more attractive? You actually believe this? Look in the mirror and make a decision to improve what you can control. Mental health improves with physical health. I'm in similar situation and I am slowly working out what I can do to improve things that are under my control. If you can make normal conversation with people (men/women) and keep them interested while you speak thats actually a huge step. If you can't, like me, start by seeing which topics to avoid .
