If some of those "fans" can't handle the fact that men can be victims as well then they shouldn't watch these shows period and as someone who knows a family member who has been cheated on (I'm talking about my mom) I approve stolas cheating on his wife since she not only abused stolas but also tried killing him on two separate occasions.

The double standards for how people treat victims of abuse is nuts basically if a woman is a victim of abuse then she is treated like an absolute queen but if a man is a victim of abuse then he is getting shat on and all the abuse that he went through is blamed on him and not the perpetrator how about we treat both male and female abuse victims equally with respect,kindness and compassion?

Yeah and I think I've seen people call the portrayal of Stella being the abuser as sexist and misogynistic when it isn't true and that the Stella apologists are just trying to make excuses.

Also making Stella the perpetrator of domestic violence sympathetic would also feel really disrespectful towards actual victims of domestic violence and it would also show that the situation is not taken seriously.
