The mobs are no joke. I got mobbed by a manogroup like them and they're scary. They're like rabid zombies sometimes. Godspeed dude! You got this!

Yeah, that's not the healthy feminism. That's like the feminazi type stuff or MRA rumors that get passed around to run the movement's momentum. Misinformation is still a very effective propaganda strategy. You've got to do research on everything. Stop relying on some random schmo on social media for your information. A majority of feminists aren't like that type. It would be a good idea for you to actually read up on it so that you don't fall for these stupid tactics that get used.

Guests on the podcasts have said multiple times they would take a rich man that cheats over an average faithfully man. You do realize a lot of this stuff is faked for "entertainment purposes" right?

The dichotomy of control personally helped me with this. It takes a good mental workout at first, but truly asking yourself if it can be changed is a really good way to break up some of those default sad modes we can get caught in (more so if you have any history of depression and/or similar mental health issues). If you continue to work at it, then you'll start to notice yourself asking it for everything and being able to drop that nonsense off over time. Self-pity is an annoying little gremlin…

Dude, you started it with the "amazing how you promote stupidity, maybe so you can feel less lonely?" Don't pretend like this is a response to my comment. "A Jedi uses The Force for knowledge and defense, never for attack." 🙏

I'm on this sub just so I can be of help to people, nothing more. It didn't help me for you to get down on me for commenting on "stupidity" and my assumed loneliness. 🤔

Oh look, another new account to come tell us heathens how lonely and stupid we are without actually knowing that person's situation... Ad hominems are so boring. Bro, just stay there. It's okay. We can hold different opinions.

"But, if this sub won't teach me how to get laid or to transcend myself as some super intellectually-cool-boss human being it's kinda pointless to be here". PRECISELY. This sub is nothing but a gigantic slap of reality in the face telling you that all of these internet dating movements are nothing but an odd hedonistic treadmill that simply won't take you anywhere. Because nobody will. Get outta here with all your rationality and logic. /s
/r/ExRedPill16/08/21 07:53 PM

you don't know anything about loneliness Bro, you know nothing about me. I absolutely know about loneliness, don't give me this shit. Gatekeeping emotions, "daily sex requests"... good lawd. So many assumptions.

A woman can never understand loneliness and invisibility This is the biggest load of bullshit. Even good-looking people can experience loneliness and invisibility. Especially if you're cute but socially shy/awkward and people only want to be around you long enough to fuck you and dip and not actually get to know you. Please.

Destabilizing tactics are really common within these groups of "Red Pill" men. But it's funny because it's like they do it from a list and go down the list to take down the person they're talking to. 😅
/r/ExRedPill15/08/21 05:16 PM
2

This list is something that is supposed to be dealt with over time (although some of it is kinda stupid). I think that's where a lot of people get any self-improvement program wrong. They often think they have to get it all done within a few months so they can then master not only themselves, but also women, and their careers, etc. This is stuff that takes many years to tackle.
/r/ExRedPill15/08/21 03:46 PM
1

It's the underlying stuff. It's the need for socialization, intimacy, etc. On the outside it looks like just sex or money, but underneath, it's human needs, fear, etc. Take some time to learn about human behavior and brains and you'll understand these things more (and it's hella interesting).

This malicious form of internet addiction is killing people. His thinking is so warped. He was brainwashed to death and took innocent people with him. “Red pill” is not “the truth”. 💯 I think the bigger problem is self-regulation. Most of these 'kids' haven't learned how to self-regulate their thoughts and emotions yet and so unlimited internet to whatever you want is the dopamine center's Disneyland of addiction.

Do what people did prior to Red Pill's arrival. They struggled too, but struggles and pain help us grow as people and make us stronger if we learn to focus that pain. Go to Meetups for whatever hobby you have, go to karaoke with friends, board game groups, church or Bible study if that's your thing, go to your local subbreddit and ask about local events for X, etc. "You must unlearn what you have learned." ... I'm not sure. I would say a lot of it is likely anxiety and depression. Depression alone distorts the way we think people view us. Having that go untreated is truly detrimental to one's success in life.

It's exhausting. Every part of your being is under the microscope. Most of the good is dismissed, and when you do bad... oooohh you know it. You're reminded of it too. You're never good enough. Edit: Since I was raised very strict Catholic, this treatment was fairly normal.

I don't think I would have ever found it by myself. All good though. Made it out, but definitely needed to shed the negative aspects and lots and lots of healing needed. Typical person with both mommy and daddy issues. Was looking for a way to not be like some of the people in my life that were just awful human beings. The link is here and it's free to take: https://www.5lovelanguages.com/. It teaches you your specific 'dialect' of love so that you can, eventually, find a partner that gives it in the way you need to receive it (because if they're or you're not speaking the same language, it can feel as though you're not loved, even when they're trying to give it). Learning who you are is paramount to recovery (especially if you are in or were raised in high-control environments). I am much happier, but it's th…

It's okay! Rambling helps me too. 🤭 Honestly, I would say the best place to start is your mental health. I know that's easier said than done and I know that battle is difficult, but they're skills you will hold forever if you keep working at it. Start with learning how you give and receive love by taking the love languages test and then start doing guided meditations to start emptying some of those anxieties and insecurities you hold. This is some amazing insight and honesty. The best way to detox is to start. If you relapse, start again. You detox first by unsubscribing to the content and looking for healthier content (people here are good at providing recommendations, so just ask). Sometimes, due to algorithms, you have to delete old content accounts and just starting a new one with the healthy content so you get better recommendations. The journey is hard, but worth it! That's not accurate. I was the type that hung out with the misfits and skaters at the "smokers corner" at school and our circles had plenty of dating within it, but we were often dating our own kind, because as you can guess, the hot football players don't want to hang out with a skater girl. I'm old and have lived a very full life. The things they show you are distorted and generalized. Feeling inadequate all the time was and is still a problem This is a problem that is really common in households like yours. Becoming a secure and stable person requires a secure and stable home. The best thing for you to do is now face all that so that you can heal those deep hurts in a healthy way and move on to the "acceptance" stage of processing all the hurt. You do that with therapy or quality support groups, talking through the pain, finding a guiding belief system like /r/Stoicism or Chr…

Self-improvement wasn't created by The Red Pill and is an industry that has existed for a very long time. They merely packaged it up for you in a nice little box to also sell you an ideology, which as you may have noticed doesn't always stand up to scrutiny (hence the reason for this sub) and behaves very similarly to what experts in the field help us see as a "high control group" or... -gulp- a cult. Plus, the point of "taking the red pill" is being taught uncomfortable truths about how the wor…

The problem with a lot of these videos is they ignore the millions of times where someone was the "rebound" and they're still successfully together and happy because he did take a shot and did the right things. Results are so mixed.

It's not for those that were raised in abusive homes. It was too normalized. A lot of people struggle with this. /r/raisedbynarcissists is a great example of the issues these people face even as adults. /r/adultchildren is another one. Just because you know, does not mean others do.

It's real, however, it's being exploited and manipulated by people who don't want you to learn and grow out of it. Those are the ones you need to protect yourself from. Some will intentionally misrepresent things, manipulate things, etc. just to sell you more shit. They'll eventually be exposed though. Just watch the damn movies instead of allowing these people to manipulate you for views and ad revenue.

At the start of the relationship they presented a front that was lovable and many women get trapped in an abusive cycle where they try to behave in a way that will get the guy they thought he was back. BINGO. We got duped and don't know how to get out safely in a lot of cases.

Women are still expected to play the "traditional role" of a Wife - even when she's paying half the bills! This is the crux of a lot of unhappy marriages. If boyo wants the tradwife, it costs. Period. If he wants 50/50 then he can't have tradwife. This sounds a lot like those that try (and fail) at the 'have your cake and eat it too' marriages. Some things just cannot be forced into multiple boxes. Pick the dynamic you want and accept the pros AND cons of it, or don't and go M/WGTOW. People need…

There are wide variety of things that causes people to act like that. The last 5-years+ I've spent talking to men, picking their brains to find 'fixes', hearing their traumas, etc. and I have found that those men that are more angry or passionate about these issues get more ignored than the men who addressed the issues calmly but frequently. To add to this, being a "narcissist" is different than having some narcissistic traits. Everyone is a little narcissistic. Some is healthy. Being prideful in your looks isn't that bad, but it's what you do with it that matters. Do you bully others that aren't as good looking or are you still kind to them? Say a average looking woman were to approach you, would you reject her cruelly? There are differences and thinking you're good looking isn't it. Just food for thought.

Seems like part of the problem is you're looking to lock down an LTR during a time when people are just barely trying to 'find themselves' after living under parent's rule and that's when people often want to be free. You need to retrain your reward system and your positive/negative reinforcement processing (assuming you don't have existing mental health issues). It depends on the strain and your individual needs. People with anxiety, PTSD, and whatnot (like the hyper-vigilant 'illnesses') would benefit from strains like Blue Dream or similar. It really all depends on what you're suffering from, but there is a strain for just about everything now, you just have to inquire with someone knowledgeable and then test your tolerance. This is abso-fucking-lutely deplorable bottom-of-the-barrel scum. Even if some people have rape fantasies or prefer rough sex, proper BDSM requires consent, safe words, and a firm grasp on safety protocols. Again, it will depend on the woman. Looks only get you so far and as we all age, looks fade. As women mature, they get tired of the "good looking" 8+ men that are man-children or mean inside and might choose an average looking 5 man that has better mental health or personality. It does not mean she's "settling", it means she chose you over the guy that might be good looking, but treats her poorly. If you're good looking already, become a triple threat and work on your mental health/personality a…

As with most of the pill generalizations, each person is different. Where one group of women doesn't mind skin color or ethnicity, there will be another group that does. A good looking Indian man with a good personality and mental health will still find success in dating, it might just not be with every woman. The -3 rule is an arbitrary number assigned by some troll who just wants to see people dance as he shoots them in the feet. Get off all the pills, detox, and go back into the real world.

News flash: terrible people exist. Water is wet. More news at 5. In all seriousness, we as a society were in majority not taught proper communication, how to handle emotions properly, how to deal with conflict, etc. If people don't know these things, we cannot fault them and we should try to help them. If they know and they abuse that power, THEN we can deem them terrible and adjust our life the way it needs to be done for OUR sanity. But first we need to discern the differences.

That's the healthy MGTOWing. And there ARE good support groups for men, these guys just have to be taught to go elsewhere. The angry and bitter men just group up together and go destroy those support groups with their constant "trolling" and LARPing and inevitably keep ruining them. Men need to learn and take action when standing up against these other men that keep ruining your support groups.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
