3	Winter Clothing Suggestions Wool tights are amazing for the winter! Woolen socks are great as well. I am a knitter and love the fit of well made wool socks. I'm not saying you have to learn to knit, but that there are many different kinds of wool/animal fibers and some are not only warm, they are also very soft. Merino wool is soft and not scratchy like woolen socks you may think of. Skirts made from heavier fabric are wonderful as well.
