Probably says less about how 'great' a woman she is and more about how 'great' a man you are. I bet she'd change her last name to Pitt or Momoa.

Video games, YouTube, sci-fi books = escape. Identify the things you are trying so hard to escape from and work to make those things enjoyable - or at least tolerable - without having to retreat into a time suck like those. Great fuel for lifting btw.

A girl without shit tests is like going to the gym and just lifting the same weight you did last workout. Men grow through challenge. Learn to enjoy it.

Also, Rae Dawn was Chong's (Cheech & Chong) daughter, so not too surprising she started young. Jagger's be Jaggerin'

I've done most of these. This, though: Come in her, tell her to squat down and let it drip out of her onto the floor. Once some is on the floor, order her to get on all 4's and lick it up. That is some creative shit I wouldn't have thought of.

Interesting. I did mushrooms for the first time a couple weeks ago and found myself looking into a mirror (never heard of it being a potential bad idea) and it was one of the most interesting parts of my trip. While simply looking at my face, I could see all of my microexpressions - dozens of them within just a few seconds time. Since then, I've become convinced we can all see/read others' microexpressions subconsciously and what we consider 'intuitions' about a person's motives etc, we learn fr…

Diagnosis: Lack of desire. Prescription: Become the man she will desire. Takes work, though. You lift, but frame is at least as important. She can see your flawless physique and get interested, but dry the fuck up when you open your dumb mouth. Work on that as much for 11 years and shit will change.

Haven't read the article, but I assume it's about women using makeup, lipstick and control top pantyhose.

I guess. When people write shit on here, I just hold it up to my own situation and see if it applies. I have no idea how much this dude hates women or wants to "win" some victory over them. Whatever. I took what I found useful from the post and the rest faded into the background. I got a lesson in "economy of (e)motion" within relationships from this post. Not profound, but useful.

When I think of winning in this context, it's more about the victories that we win over the old versions of ourselves, the "victories" against other people are distant second place. Also, there are two reasons to scale the mountain: To overcome the challenges in the ascent. The view from the top.

I"m starting to notice a few approved accounts starting to talk more about the self-actualization phase of this whole thing, this post included. Thanks. This was good to read.

Most important aspect of TRP (and masculinity, in general) is building - and operating in - your own unshakeable frame. When you have it, and it comes from your mission and purpose in life, then you naturally have outcome independence about "the one," unconditional love and SMV. Your fucking mission in life is the plot of the movie, the point of the game, etc. Everything else is just the stuff you choose to carry with you.

This is similar to my situation. <Flashback> Married my wife when we were both 22. She was out of my league. I was a tall, skinny, clumsy idiot fuck. But I had just been through years of fucking brutality with an abusive alcoholic father and the worst case of facial acne you can imagine. I came out of my teenage years stoic as fuck because of all my downtime. I wasn't afraid of rejection or people not liking me. After a while, my face had mostly cleared up, which helped with my confidence. I sta…

The book I'm reading now has a bit that talks about 'the process,' which is similar to what you've explained here. Another way I look at this is to think of things as being simple, but not easy. It's like doing high-reps of a lift or an exercise. Very simple. Not everyone can do it. If you simply recognize the sub-tasks involved, and methodically tackle them one-by-one, before too long, you've met the challenge. You have to climb the staircase one step at a time.

Interesting. I hadn't considered how my words could apply to the distinction between intro/extrovert. It would help me to understand the effortlessness some people have in talking/socializing. As an introvert, I require time to 'recover' from social situations. I'd just considered it to be part of my software. Your short response has me thinking a little differently about that. Thanks.

Great post. I looked into self-actualization and flow pretty deeply a couple months ago. Nice to see them brought up here. I am convinced that, in a lot of cases, flow is a main differentiator between those who achieve great things and those who do not. When you're in flow, the activity you're doing feels restorative, as opposed to tiring or tedious. This is a huge distinction since, when two people finish the same activity, the one who experienced flow will feel invigorated while the other will…

I bet. I'd probably categorize myself as a high-functioning autist. My empathy tank is shallow, but I do have one to start with. For an autistic fuck like me, empathy will only ever be a tool, at best. Like a car. You can choose to value this tool more than others do, and more than other tools you may have. Or, you can just keep it in the garage, next to the lawnmower and the chainsaw, until you need to go somewhere. Useful tool when you need it. You'd never want to walk a very long distance whe…

Not sure I was ready to read this before today. Hit me with a "when the student is ready, the master will appear" clarity. Dialing in more empathy is one of the final frontiers for me. In the past, when I've spoken to people, I haven't sufficiently considered where they were at in that moment, or where they were coming from. This truly put me at a disadvantage in these conversations since it forced me to rely on logic/explanation to get my points across, when emotional connection would have been…

I don't know or care about that difference. This shit should just happen in the background of your mind. Everything is transactional. People are just bartering with each other, trading whatever they can offer of value, all the time. You bust ass and get shit done Hamster tells her she better find something you value to trade. You just double your salary like a pimp? I'd be surprised if she didn't start dressing a little 'prettier.' The thing is, there can't be any expectation of reciprocation (c…

Agreed. These women acting shitty reflects on the lack of quality of their husbands. Circle of life.

Little things like wearing nice cologne (or a tie or stylish shoes) immediately sets you apart/above most of the herd. Not just with girls, but in general. It communicates boldness - even to just a small degree. It says "I know most people do the minimum but I still choose to make an effort."

Many women have never experienced the desire/respect for a man that would make them enjoy doing something like this for their husbands. They can't relate. But, when a woman is with a man she respects, she is willing to do things like this to show she has value to that man. The women who commented have outed themselves as having husbands they don't respect and they're acting out accordingly.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
