4	Thoughts on women in the comments section of this video claiming there's a double standard when women date younger men, but no-one "bats an eyelid" when it's the other way round? I think the real issue is the power imbalance, and one party taking advantage of the other; too often we ignore that. Younger people in general do tend to have less power, but there are situations when they hold more power and are taking advantage of the older person. 4	Technical conference cancelled after the blind review process selects only male speakers Anecdotally, one of the Universities near me had a period of about 3 years where their medical school applications were done without a face to face interview (obviously, candidates were anonymised as best they can, using student numbers rather than names etc).
