No. Nor did I say I would be "OK" with a 27 year old female (or whatever age this particular woman is) having sex with a 15 year old male. I think that a 15 year old (whatever their gender) is at a mature enough age that they could make that decision for themselves, not that I would condone it however.

Where do you see that the boys told their parents? Not that I fully disagree with your sentiment, but I do think a 15 year old is plenty mature enough to reason with themselves over a decision like that. In some states the age of consent is 16, so potentially only a matter of a month difference in these boys’ cases. Again, not trying to justify the articles wording nor more importantly this woman’s actions, but I personally think this should be considered statutory rape.
