Hmm. Likely. She's a attractive, athletic, has a career, there's likely other men interested in her &/or asked her out. Oh well. I'm just wondering what I could have done or not done.

Vulnerable? Like what? Maybe I admitted I was very shy when I was young or that I was abused.

How should I respond to her text? I mean, I was just thinking 'OK. No worries. Break a Leg.' However, I almost want to ask if my poor or late communication was the red flag or turn off or if it was something else.

Yes. I have. I read it maybe 2 years ago and recently listened to Dr. Glover on youtube.

Sure. I'm bummed. I read the old texts messages and realized I'm boring when it comes to text messages. I make plans for in person & that's about it. Also, taking days to reply probably does Not help or cause excitement. :(

You think so? Obviously, she had high interest and then 5 or 6 weeks later that changed. It happens I guess. I can speculate all day why she decided to reject me or just Not overthink it and keep dating. Perhaps it was my poor communication or being overly agreeable or perhaps something else. Who knows?

Thanks for this advice. I think the poor or late text / communication did Not help, but was Not the sole reason she rejected me with the 'no chemistry' text. I think I was too Nice and accomdating once again and that was a turn off. Who knows? It's just frustrating and makes me feel that I'll never having a lasting relationship again. I'm 36, feel socially incompetent often or clueless at dating, despite being tall, having money, semi athletic, ... I should Not let this or several rejections ero…

Dr. Shawn T. Smith "Tactical Guide to Women" https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/36160628-the-tactical-guide-to-women. This is not a 'seduction book.' It's a book that gives practical advice on defining one's values, priorities, & goals and finding a woman that compliments your life and avoiding one's that could destroy your life. 'Models' by Mark Manson and 'Dating Essentials' by Dr. Robert Glover. Johnny Berba, Charisma on Command, Lloyd of singleguy, etc. on youtube. J.L. Collins: Why your ho…

"..the hard part is to maintain that relationship..." In what ways have you found it hard to maintain a relationship. How long or short term are you talking about? I'm just curious of your experience.

Thanks. This is helpful. I think I'm not giving myself enough credit, that is, I'm better at conversation then I think. However, it's hard to Not think that I can't and don't relate to people, never will, or I 'talk people out of liking me.' my Ex said more than once she felt disconnected from me or that I was really quiet. I've gone on dates with someone that seemed really interested in me for that interest to fizzle out by the end of the date, likely due to the silences & conversation. I can r…

If my memory serves right & I'm not looking this up now .... I beleive the majority of the top 10 or 20 wealthiest women in the world were either heirs to a family fortune / business (ex: the Walton women of Walmart), gained wealth via divorce, or gained wealth through a business partnership. I think there's a small few "self-made" billionaire or multimillionaire women namely there's one from China.

No worries. I think we'll be seeing DeNiro take bit, supporting, &/or leading roles in sh!t films, lemons, etc. in a few years. That is, he'll need the cash.

Yeah, I'd guess Joe is a much wiser man and not so 'nice' or agreeable now. Joe had become a friend and I regret not keeping in contact w/ him post my ex & I splitting. During that time I wanted to shake him to his senses when I heard that 'open marriage' bs, but def. not my place to interfere in the marriage of someone I barely knew.

My exe's friend's marriage was, almost, literally this. My exe told me way too much detail about her friend & her marriage. That she, we'll say Sara, was a 'freak in the sheets' in college and slept w/ dozens of guys. Then Sara met , well let's say, Joe, in their late 20s and he was such a 'good guy' so they dated then married. My exe told me that Joe lost his v card to one woman before Sara. Too much detail! Also, my ex told me that Sara complained Joe & her had sex only about twice a yr, they …

This is sad, but true. Women want an emotional rock to lean on, not a human being that may have flaws, a traumatic childhood that they're overcoming, anxiety, etc. I know this too well.

You are your number one priority & your own 'love of your life.' Have the strength & patience to ignore the criticisms of family & friends that don't understand your life choices. 'Break a Leg'

Hey dude. I've been there. I'm 35. My ex broke up w/ me in the shittiest way possible, said terrible things to me, & had no remorse. Also, I have my faults, but she took zero responsibility for the shitty person she was during our relationship as well. Try to stop & get out of this tail spin of negative thoughts. Have you ever tried Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) type writing? It may help. It will help you 'overthink' in a healthier way or arrive at more neutral or positive conclusions rathe…

Wow. That's terrible. Good thing you had they wherewithal to research the meds more than a paid professional. Great observation. To add to that I've seen many ig & other social media accts of female doctors, nurses, or other medical professionals posting 'cute,' 'wholesome,' attention seeking posts that get many likes. Further social proof or boosting of some type of social score.
