be healthy, have a good job. be mentally healthy, have hobbies You can do these things with average effort. Average effort won't make you a HVM, you have to go all in. HVM is a 200lbs PhD surgeon with abs showing and a net worth of millions of dollars. Now that takes a shitload of effort and money to become one.

At some point the results are not worth the effort. Some dudes may require at least a decade of effort to become a HVM but still it doesn't guarantee that you will get a HVW. The chances are stacked against men. Personally, if I put several years of effort into my looks/career/personality I'd want my HVW and nothing else.

no, women are NOT only attracted to Chad/a tiny portion of men. They are not attracted to YOU. Learn the difference, once and for all. you need to come to terms with the fact that female sexuality is not and will not ever be the same as male sexuality. Don't this contradict one another?
