Yeah, I really should. She's currently on birth control AND I still use condoms every time, because I actually LISTENED in Health class when they said that two forms of birth control are considerably less likely to fail in conjunction than one alone.

I wonder if his lawyer advised him not to get a jury trial. Any defense attorney worth his salt would have hammered home reasonable doubt, especially after she had to revise her story to match when he actually lived there. Who would keep an innocent man in prison to protect their own pride? Many, many more than you would think. I would go so far as to say that the majority of prosecutors would. Then again, I've been personally disenfranchised by more than one prosecutor.
