I'm not saying anything is wrong with them but generally taller men are more attractive, I can attest for sure. My friends new guy friend is 5'8, she is about 5'3

I think it was more common in the past but it still happens. My bestie got a new contract job and there is a guy that is sorta short and looks nothing special. Well the more they interacted the more he grew on her and they just went on their second date

I would have a lesbian friend if she wasn't trying to fuck me. This is how male "friends" are though. Always hoping to fuck

Honestly, what does it even matter? Regardless of their goals it's still not pure friendship. I don't believe in male-female friendship. Maybe it's possible in select few cases but it's an exclusion

You are making so many absolutely wrong assumptions. I don't have ANY male friends that are giving me attention for very reason that they always make a move and after I decline they don't continue hanging around. Even when they say they'd like to stay in touch it's already on my mind that they are hoping for more and that's just uncomfortable to think about. If you are great friends with women it's awesome. I never had a man who strictly wanted friendship. And I don't assume like you say. They m…

I don't rely in stereotype, I'm sharing my experience. And yes, when it comes to stereotypes they exist for a reason

I mean what am I supposed to do? I just go about my life, and I'm not opposed to having male friends but it's never non-romantic on their end. Men tend to want to fuck you. I don't know what else to say here
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/23 02:23 PM

Idk. Never happened to me. Men in a relationship tend to focus on their relationship in my experience. They are not hanging out with women from work for example
/r/PurplePillDebate05/02/23 02:20 PM

Yup. I never believed in male-female friendships. Maybe a handful of very few unique circumstances

Not a bad thing per se but isn't it discussed on here all the time how women don't want to be in a relationship with most men? I could definitely see myself being friends with some men but they always see it as more and that there is a potential

It's not only about just being rich but also spending money on a woman. You'd be surprised how many men with money don't actually make any difference financially in women's lives

Yup. I never had a male friend who just wanted to be friends

I don't consider 2-3 years material. And I highly doubt my friends dated older men without telling anyone. We all had boyfriends and hang out together. Why would anyone had a closet relationship with an old man when we weren't even attracted to them?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/01/23 01:04 PM

When I was in my 20s I don't recall a single friend who dated an older man. They keep pointing to a handful that do and think it's the norm

Oh please 🙄 Stop acting like all the talking points you mentioned are somehow an enlightened view and not mainstream garbage being parroted for 20+ years. There is a far bigger picture why women aren't CEOs and producers than one dimensional "misogyny" view on that topic. Much like the wage gap. I'd say child birth is one of the biggest hindrances but not an only one by far. BTW women are outearning men in major cities and I gotta tell I don't want/don't have time to work as much as my bosses do…

Who said it's the ultimate power? It's a nice little tool worth having IMHO. As far as the rest of what you said - I disagree completely. It's 2023 and western women still whine about patriarchy and men somehow having power over them. I just don't see it at all. And yes, women in modern dating scene most definitely decide what qualities they desire in men, including looks. Funny, my ex husband was a very handsome man and he got flirted with and hit on even in front of me sometimes so I don't und…

I mean we as women dictate what's attractive in men 🤷🏼‍♀️ It's just nature not evil patriarchy. But I don't have a problem women not wanting to comply. I will keep my weight down and my hair long though

I understand and I wouldn't want to be with a partner who resents me but knowing how badly men want sex and women it only makes sense for at least the ones who have a hard time being single

It was convenient ngl. And I thought I'd give a nice guy a chance and grow to like him but instead I just grew resentful. I will never try again.

To be honest as a thin woman I really don't mind body positivity movement because I realize it makes me stand out even more. There is really an advantage of being classicly feminine and I think American women are not smart decision makers when they choose to forgo this advantage

This is exactly right and that whole trope that women only tolerate sex comes exactly from old world order where women had to marry in order to survive. They weren't attracted to their husbands therefore sex with them was a gross chore. I was in a relationship for a couple of months with a guy who was helping me at that time but I wasn't attracted to him at all. He was kind and nice and wanted to do things for me, I couldn't tolerate him without wine. When he tried to hang out casually without g…

Most men can't date younger women. Deal with it
/r/PurplePillDebate24/01/23 12:56 PM

Yet, most men date women around their age
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/23 10:08 PM

I disagree. Young men are good for flings. When I was in my 20s I couldn't fathom dating someone 7+ years older. Even now in my 30s it would have to be some uniquely good looking older men if I was to consider. Statistically most couples are within 2-3 year age gap. The vast majority of older men do not become more desirable with age. Or at least not for young women

Ummm just to remind you: we were discussing an age gap relationships dynamics, not casual sex. The level of autism on this sub is the next level

I care about my partner. Younger guy was for fun but looks and sex are far from foundation for a good relationship. Older Men who cannot understand this are immature and narcissistic usually. Connecting to the person is the core of healthy relationship otherwise it almost always turns out one-sided and abusive 🤷🏼‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/23 05:08 PM

Younger men are hotter too and better in bed. I had a fling before my current relationship with a man 8 years younger and while it was fun for the time being, connecting on deeper level is not possible with people this much younger than you. Men who only value hotness tend to not make good partners because they don't care about their partner as a human being 🤷🏼‍♀️
/r/PurplePillDebate23/01/23 03:13 PM

I agree with this and can say that back when I was growing up in the 90s-2000s boss babe type women were viewed as hot, confident, sharp and rare, therefore desirable. SAHMs were viewed generally as lacking intelligence, incapable, less attractive and kinda like second class citizens. Nowadays the tables have turned and men often glamorize SAHM lifestyle, saying how important it is for a woman to take care of the house comparing to working a corporate job. Men don't realize the previous generati…

The amount of posts I see on regular dating subreddits with age gap relationships where a woman is significantly younger and there is always some abusive dynamic from the men's side is astounding. So much for wanting younger women for being "tighter, firmer, hotter". I'm sure that's a factor but that only goes to show these men view women as lesser than them. Mind you, young men are firmer, faster, hotter as well and while making a great fling wouldn't make a good life-long partner. Age gap rela…

Nobody has ever asked me for my body count. Ever. I can't even imagine the scenario. As far as assessing me on my signs of sluttiness - I have no idea but what are you gonna do if there are "signs". What are you gonna do if a coworker tells you she goes to clubs with friends? Respect her less? Umm good luck but you cannot really show it so who cares 🤷🏼‍♀️ Nobody cares what you think
/r/PurplePillDebate10/01/23 02:04 PM

It's not like this irl. Do you ask your dates or women you interact with about their bodycounts and then come up with the amount of respect you are going to give them?

I grew up in Russia. Please, do read about what price tag the second strongest world power paid. Or should I say their citizens paid. USSR murdered more of their own people than Nazis did in order to maintain the facade of happy regime. Young people here have no idea what they advocate for. It's horrifying for people like me
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/22 05:55 PM
2

Then we shall see if it happens 🤷🏼‍♀️ As of right now I don't see it coming at all but I suppose everything is possible. Anyway, such far fetched argument is not good enough for women to start behaving in a way that men want us to behave. In current conditions women do survive without men
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/22 05:15 PM
2

But you are bringing up some situation that westerners haven't been into for decades and even centuries. You claim women cannot survive without men but implying a war will break out where women will need men to protect them. That's just a far stretch and what are the chances? Therefore, in current circumstances women do not need men to survive, get over it
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/22 05:02 PM

I personally am all for western men going overseas to find what they are looking for and making a woman over there happy 🤷🏼‍♀️ Women don't need men for survival anymore, I'm a believer that women never were as attracted to men as men were to women. That's why the idea of men loving sex vs women just tolerating it was so prevalent. I can affirm that when you are not attracted to a person, sex with them is not enjoyable and just plain gross and you want to avoid it. I have a bf at a moment but I'm…

Ehhh I guess men and women are too different to understand each other. I'd argue that being used for sex is worse than having no options
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/22 03:26 PM

Then they need to resort to real life then. As a woman who had try online dating - its absolutely not worth my time. Too much filtering through. Just because there are options doesn't mean they are good or worthy

Nope. Most of my friends are married to nothing even close to top 5%. Young men on here just don't want to put any effort into attracting women
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/22 03:17 PM

That's just not true at all. Most men are too scared of rejection so it happens extremely rarely

Nope, he doesn't view women as people. He often goes on rants saying women shouldn't talk and just be quiet cause he isn't interested in what they have to say. He brags about young prostitutes on Seeking and says it's easier to pay.

Coach Greg Adams isn't a relationship coach at all. He coached basketball teams, that's where his name comes from. His "relationship advice" is to go on Seeking and get prostitutes. He tells men it's easier and safer to pay than try to build a relationship with a woman. I think it's one thing to say when you already had been married and have two kids. Idk. He is very set inbhis ways and his approach isn't one size fits all

If you read descriptions it says they are expected to communicate with staff and management. They usually don't work for one particular executive but more like company-wide. I worked/work for private firms and big corporations in relatively high positions and never seen an assistant working for just one person like back in the day, 90s style. I'm sure some do but it's not common anymore, and I believe it's BECAUSE it was such a big problem back then. As far as consensual/non-confidential situati…

Depends on your age. When I was 19 dating my ex husband I didn't care that he didn't have $$. Now that I'm 32 I definitely look at what a man makes. One of the factors that I'm with my bf is because he makes decent money and has side hassles as well. My ex husband was extremely unambitious and lazy and it became the main reason I left.

This is not 90s anymore. There Is no more personal assistants/secretaries. There are office managers and they are usually older ladies. Also, there is HR and METOO nowadays

I met my ex husband at 19, marries at 20. He was 6 years older than me, very attractive. (Btw I couldn't fathom dating someone 30+ at that age, the idea was just repulsive.) We spent almost 10 years together and the last 3 all I wanted to do is leave. I fell out of love, found him annoying and stupid. Started cheating then eventually left. He hasn't had a gf since we broke up and now lives with his mom. The end
