Don't know your jurisdiction, but you could possibly apply for an injunction to prevent her from removing the kids from the country and have her surrender their passports to the court. If she did remove them without your consent, it would be a case under the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction. You don't want it to get to that point, though. I have personal knowledge of two such cases where the ex wife decided to go after more when the spouse married into a wealthy family and ended up with less than they had before - one lost all custody and had visits reduced to supervised visitation, and the other lost primary custody as well as any child support.
