1	Brandon has no chill Ah yes, ATP. We're making it all the time. It is the energy every cell uses to survive every moment. If we were to stop making it for just a second, why, most our cells would suddenly starve and die off, causing catastrophic failures all throughout your body. It would be like sudden onset necrosis.
