That’s pretty much the opposite of what I said. Saying you’re transgender does not make you transgender. Which has been my point this whole time. If you detransition because you start taking hormones and realize you aren’t that gender after all, then you were never transgender, just confused. If you stop transitioning because of money, outside pressure, etc., then you’re still transgender, you’re just not transitioning anymore.

I think that on ideal conditions, gender is naturally binary. But if a brain can be exposed to hormones develop as male, then I see no reason why a persons brain couldn’t, as an example, be exposed to some hormones that make it in between- agender or non-binary. There are problems being a man- being seen as a threat, lack of emotional support, difficulty dating etc. Those are concrete ways that misandry makes life more difficult being a man.
