4	Spent all day in bed / couch When I go on long camping trip with friends we always have a zero day. Rest, eat, nap, chat or go off on your own etc. The next day is like day one of the trip. Exited to get in the canoe and enjoy the rest of the trip. I’m 53, I lost everything in my divorce. My ex even took my cat. I ended up loosing my job during the divorce.
