3	What do you do when you get a # from a 3rd party just come out and say it. Hi, I'm XXX, I got your number from XY, who is a good friend of mine. I saw you at (whatever social event) and I think you're attractive, and I'd like to get to know you better. Do you want to go to a movie/bowling/pizza/etc. tonight ?? If you are somewhat nervous, call and speak with confidence but speaking with a little hesitation is prob. okay too. Just don't sound like a wuss. Worse she can say is "no." 5	Unwed Fathers Fight for Babies Placed for Adoption by Mothers - New York Times I think the registry is a good thing, but the states that require the father to register before the mother files an adoption petition has got to be, in some way, unconstitutional, as it affects fundamental rights and provides no reasonable method for pre-notification.
