Mentioning her name wouldn't help her case, I tried looking her up to see if she was still relevant but all I could find were articles and memes about the video clip. Even the show's Wikipedia article (the only thing on the site with her name it seems) is almost half about the "slapping incident". Definitely not a good look.

It wasn't The View, it was from a show called "The Talk". The girl (not Whoopie Goldberg) that brought up the hypocrisy by saying they wouldn't laugh if a woman had gotten her breast cut off was countered by Sharon Osbourne with "wElL iTs DiFfErEnT" before she made another tasteless joke or two and switched the conversation, before addressing the hypocrisy of course.
