| 2 | Getting In Shape: Primer for the hopelessly fat or skinny in raising their SMV through their body.I was almost 300 beginning of last year . I've been at 215 for awhile now. super active. Average 5 miles a day cardio . Play pickup ball a few times a weeks . Go to the gym every other day for the most part.
