If you are in a position to perform CPR or apply an AED to an unconscious female victim, you are a first responder. If you are unable or unwilling to render aid, do not attempt to do so. Call for help and do not interfere with those who will provide aid. If you are concerned about false sexual allegations then standby and at the very least be a good witness for those who do perform aid.

I do volunteer work, as a teaching assistant (unpaid, of course), work with people in crisis, and sometimes devote time to local beach/river/park cleanup efforts. I try to make the world a better place and lead by example, and in my experience, quality women admire that. I don't do it to attract women, I do it because I give a shit. Not sure these are hobbies, though they have increased my social worth and the overall quality of the women I date.

Far more likely to be raped. A lot sexual assault against men does go under-reported, I think in large part due to male socialization. It's not a black/white thing, like women should never get drunk, or men should never initiate sexual contact. In my experience, if a woman/girl is pretty drunk, I forgo sexual contact.
