Great post. One thing - work out for yourself. The ladies will come, but try to make it a personal goal to get/stay in shape. Whether its squatting 2x your BW, getting a 6 pack, or running a 5k, make goals for yourself- not women. Good luck!

I couldn't agree with this mentality more. I used to go to the gym always conscious of what others thought. Now I give absolutely no fucks about that but DO give many fucks about how hard I am trying - and anything less than 90% makes me reel and work that much harder. Best of luck to you man. Went out weekend before last with two lady friends, they weren't energetic/confident so I said fuck it and solo approached at a club. 0/5, should've been successful twice but got CBed by mother hen 2/5. Not even close to being good, but that night did wonders for my AA. I had 2 drinks btw and was pretty much sober. Rejection therapy is underrated.
