2	My husband has suggested I start taking therapy and anxiety medication. I'm hesitant. I would recommend starting with a therapist, and then if they see fit they will refer you to a psychiatrist - however I would make it known that you would prefer to try and learn to manage without medication. It is worth it - in my experience, meds have altered my mentality negatively over time. It took over ten years, but I got a handle on my mental illnesses without using medication and am thriving today. If I remember right (I havent used it in a while) but there is a share feature for google docs, where you all can have open access to whatever documents you would like to save. 1	So I've started wearing less make up...kind of a FR, kind of a follow up. It is a vicious cycle! I stopped wearing makeup around 17 or 18 because I got tired of the cycle. I started drinking at least eight cups of water a day, I already ate healthy and was pretty active so I had that on my side, but after a couple of weeks my skin cleared up perfectly!
