So they are not able to compare, while men who have not been circumcised, again, have no base point for comparison. They basically use a laser to destroy the hair follicles that the hair grows from. You would need to go in for a number of sessions. I expected them to be pretty bad, but they turned out to be pretty good, and about one fifth the price of the Mach 3 I was buying before.
