both genders can suffer many consequences from it, and that doesnt mean it is made to control anybody. Ive seen from first hand men having to pay hundreds of € while unemployed and kicked out from their homes, and you dont see me saying nonsense about women controling us. Most people try to work together and want the best for their keen. Stop crying and do something worthy of your time instead of masturbating with self fulfillment

thats because people with kids feel so sorry for you that theyd never share the blessings of having them. Thats a thing people with kids save for sharing with eachother

this debate only gets a clear winner in online arenas because, gess what, theres less parents there than people without kids. Oh, and the argument of controlling women is absolute bonkers. Go outside, kids

youll never find a feminist supporting any of the mens issues other than just talking about it or responsabilizing them.for their tragedy

missconceptions here come from word definition. When you set yourself aside from feminism because you no longer believe in the way it defines itself, it doesnt mean you no longer care about solving womens issues, it means you start using other words to define your way of trying to solve everyones problems (regardless of their gender)

he's playing the feminists game (but in male terma) and i dont believe its sustainibilty as i think it breeds more problems than solutions in the long run. Its a needed voice though, one feminists can actually be willing to listen, and that can be enough after all by now

agreeableness involves empathy, so there you have it. Different normal distributions generally overlapped but with slightly differnt means and great difference in representation at the extremes

man... right leaning people are not necessarily "angry and violent" (thats just a definition made up by your neurotic head), they have different values and have other ideas about how the world shoud be organized, generally speaking, they concieve things in a more individualistic way (which isnt the same as being selfish) and that, eventhough might not be your preferred way of seeing things, is not intrinsically bad. Learn to know your enemy if you want to fight against it. I think this is one of…

they say it is a far right thing. And, you know, everything is a far right thing if it doesnt come from the people in power (the most progressive and feminist party coalition spain has ever got). So sick of it, and so sick of them acting like moral gods while disregarding any chance of a debate

like many women, she says things to lower the pool of women available for men in order to raise her own value. This is like women telling other women being fat is beautifull
/r/MensRights16/04/24 01:25 PM

People in general feel no disgust towards lesbians because theyre not as promiscuous as men, and promiscuity signals stds, which is why we evolved disgust in the first place, to avoid and prevent diseases and its spreading. More on disgust, it is placed in the same spot as moral disgust (we subconsiously mix both 2), and there you have why theres more toxic behaviour and discrimination against homosexual men

What they're looking for, is not for someone who'll do what they say, but someone who'll do what they expect (even surprise them) without having to give explanations. That's why they wont tell you. If you dont know to treat a woman in bed, and you can't read within her what she'll enjoy and what she wont... it aint the girl for you. I'm not saying that's entirely how things work, but this plays a big part lots of times with many people imo

i think your question shouldve gone more through the lines of "do women tend to be more proun not to get over their first love?". Many people does, but the stigma relies on them for some reason maybe. I wouldnt call first love = first person you had sex with either, but something like first person that moved forward with you your love affection or something

wait until we discover how little sex has to do with all the inequality "we" claim to be gender based. But not before feminists say this finding is due to patriarchy rewarding women for being beautifull because people sees them as objects. There's height, assertiveness, beauty, and an awfull lot more of variables that may be even more relevant. We just happened to look at one (sex) and claimed it to be the only. Hopefully there'll be more research into that, and even more hopefully, findings wil…

Something being prefferable doesnt mean it's bad not to have it. Or is it? Ok, but i'm not that guy, so what? I explain to you how i view things, as that other guy did. At the end it just boils down to how you explain keen selection among humans throughout ages. It can be justified in many ways, and seen from many different perspectives. It's up to you to chose and think what makes more sense to you

body positivity is for weak people. If you are fat, you are fat and you have to admit the problem and deal with it if you want. If your body is sane, stop depending on validation and build the character to accept yourself in front of others, because this lack of self confidence may probably be affecting more aspects of your life other than the body acceptance

"it’s highly unlikely that you’ll be left without even one friend who wants to stick with you no matter how old you are." You clearly dont know the data. Having no relationship it's not a bad thing and no one said that. I am saying having a relationship is prefferable, mostly for men, and i explained why it came out to be that way. If you dont have a craving for a relationship, fine by you, but stop judging people on the basis that they are like you

you tell me how many friends you have by the time you turn 30, and by the time you're 40 you'll tell me if having found a decent life partner it's prefferable for your mental health or not And about the guys being that caring about dating... it is because those male humans that weren't, didnt get to reproduce and pass on this "uncaring" behaviour, because women dont tend to actively select, but to select among the people who actively is being thrown at them. because we dont nearly get the same attention as women, and we achieve it through this kind of affections. And just think of it as if we were generally different, not like the kind of humans you think, and that would be like a woman but with a penis. Just try to understand that sex differnces do exist, and that because of that, we interact differently with the world (as always, generally speaking)

fun fact is if you individually ask them theyll say "i wear make up for me, i dont dress for the others or especifically for men". But if you adress the issue from an oppression standpoint, you know, patriarchy. The more i think about everything sex related and the more i read feminist subs, the more i settle into thinking that women dont understand themselves and that they just disregard whatever comes from outside their echo chambers

I think most of us are pro choice, if thats what youd like to know. On the "why not concerned" thing, we were concerned about not having a say i your uterus carrying a shared fetus, and we were concerned about having no say in regards to mandatory support even if we didnt want a pregnancy to be carried on (and even if the child wasnt even ours in some cases). So, do you want us to be concerned again about a thing which our opinion was totally disregarded? I dont know, everything is messed up and…

Seems like we're returning to the old times where people understood that premature (related to marriage) sex among people was not a convenient thing for a society to have. Males are teenagers and unneducated, females take risks that only concern them, etc etc. Not saying it's better xD but i always find it surprisingly hilarious when new orders and the breaking of estereotypes seem to end up converging to traditional ways of functioning. How do you know they're not in the position to do so? How do you know you know what their reasons to do so are? No one should be entitled to ignore because everyone should be able to defend their standpoint, and if not, why defending it in the first place? im liking this sub a lot. more attractive?? now im totally lost I said i dont like old parents because of the parenting behaviours theyre more likely to adopt. The older they get, the less effectively i think they contribute to the children's well being and development. Softer people comes out of them and i dont think this is precisely what we need in todays world

so youre saying instead of shortening the period of time in which we socially accept for a man to become a father, widening even more everyone's? both men an women? Is it? Do you realize "not wanting for a thing to happen to you", is not the same as "not bearing with its consequences"? One thing is to not want to come across a realization, and the other to not keep caring about your children, totally different. You can reply to the in vitro example i gave you btw

the age of dna tests proves that. "Studies ranging in date from 1991 to 1999 quote the following incidence rates: 11.8% (Mexico), 4.0% (Canada), 2.8% (France), 1.4% and 1.6% (UK), and 0.8% (Switzerland). However, in studies that solely looked at couples who obtained paternity testing because paternity was being disputed, there are higher levels: an incidence of 17% to 33% (median of 26.9%)." Look up paternity fraud

it implies many many things and this is one that suits your way of looking at the world. Just so you get a counter implication (because there always is one), this implies woman select for high status man, because age and high status correlates, which means men get more chances of finding a partner if they're older (to some point at least). I didnt comment so you could start bringing this whole other debate up. Make a separate post if you want because i'm done here.

Just so you know, your percepction about how callous are men, said that. Not me. I said i do not want to realize one day that i've been taking care of a child that isn't mine. Which doesnt mean i wont parent him/her if that were to happen. But it does mean i'll take into consideration if a woman might fall into doing this before engaging her, because the data shows that it happens. And it doesnt mean i wouldnt do it voluntarily either. Ok mate, but the term "unkowingly" was brought up. If you chose to do it, props to you. But it'll never be the same as doing it because your partner got pregnant by another guy without you knowing.

The need for contempting people (or appologizing) way too much, wherever might be they get that from. Not every woman experiences it, neither all men dont, but women are more likely to show this behaviour. I'm very relieved, as a guy, not being afraid to offend or bother people whenever i think i'm doing things as i should. That's not to say i wont be carefull or take them under consideration, but that i'm happy to not detter my actions for a complex that causes myself to put other people before…

Interesting fact from the other side: no living animal would want to take care of a child that's not his without him knowing. So men "don't know when they outshoot their range or how to tell if a woman is manipulating for resources" either, as there's plenty of parents taking care of other peoples offspring, without them knowing. Look it up because its so hilarious you can even get to cry too hahaha

ye i think we've got kind of a bias here. As recent studies more and more show that sperm doesnt age like wine either. It'll never be the same, but male fertility window, at least sanely speaking, should be narrowed from what the common understanding about it is

You couldve added information to the sub while showing you kinda understand what their viewpoint is. Thats how you engage into discussion (which i know is rather difficult with this particular sub anyway). But no, not only you proved that you dont understand their viewpoint at all, but also you didnt add any usefull information. Idk... as i see it, your case would be the same as some woman entering mensrights and asking things like "why do you hate women?"
/r/MensRights25/07/22 05:31 PM

Very interesting. Though i gotta admit seeing "...is this something biological..." in a question that wonders about human behaviour, in nowadays way of viewing everything, is even much more interesting. Are you sure you want to consider if there's differences in behaviour, generally determined by gender and due to biological factors, before we ban you?

Ye everybody speaks what they think they like in accordance to what they feel is correct for them to like/not like, but we could ask short guys why could be that they all have a hard time not being rejected for it, and we'll see that those initial things dont happen to match. i dont think its mostly men who enables them, and ill leave it aside because we wont sort it out in reddit comments. As for the case of women living in any eastern country, i dont think the dating sphere is yet somewhat of a concern because they still have much much bigger problems to deal with that arent rooted mainly on this. So im fine with me having assumed that whoever asked this, is in fact a western woman, before thinking what was my answer gonna be

Just no. You can also try to look further because the dating sphere also is minuscule compared to the issues men complian about. some of the reasons why people justify their prefferences are just biphobic. Thats not to say anyone should tell them what should they like and what shouldnt. example: If i sayed i dont like girls because theyll manipulate anyone, thats kinda misoginist for my part aswell as it doesnt mean i should like girls because of the fact that my reasons are unethical. It'd be how i feel and im entitled to it, but the reasons are still unethical.

Getting banned from feminist subs for giving contrapoints to legitly false accusations on the men collective, eventhough i agree quiet a lot with them. Here, i can speak about any issue while no one bans me if i disagree with the content, which i think should be the whole point on having a sub: dialogue, polite disagreement and exchange of ideas. well there's a lot of things really opened for debate here. But my point in regards to the banning thing, was that feminists banning people that goes against their ideology, doesnt directly imply that they're blaming man. i dont think you're listening to them. I mean, i'd say its true you could get that point by only listenning to the simplest sayings of the more radical ones... But this isnt what feminists say becuase recognizing societys problems as structural (which they do), means that everyone is part of it and thus women can account for them too. They in fact recognize women have been (and still are) unkowingly contributing to some of the things that lead them to have less oportunities and rights, and femin…

i think feminism should be the way as, by definition, its supposed to fight for equal rights for everyone, no matter the peoples gender. What in practice seems to be happening, is that they dont seem to listen mens troubles in todays society, so thats a problem for us and thats why mensrights has people in it.
